I got my first bottle of Yamanoi!
The label and bottle design are very Aizu-like!
The taste is amazing. It tastes so good! A refreshing fruity peach...! I'm sure I'll be back for more.
Probably this would go well with western food as well, married with Jyobanmono Mushigarei Meuniere in cream sauce 🔔.
I used to lump Sharaku and Tobiroki together as Fukushima sake, but there are many sake breweries dispersed throughout the prefecture, and I am sure that the individuality of each brewery varies due to the different climates of the regions.
What is Minamiaizu like?
According to Mari, who runs a local sake shop, Kobayashi Shoten, Minamiaizu is a rice-producing region with good quality rice and soft water, which makes it easier to produce umami sake than dry sake.
White Ori-Garami" melts well and has a concentrated level of umami and sweetness in the center, further surrounded by the milky sweetness of "Usunigori" that makes it easy to drink, and finally the soft aftertaste of super soft water makes it a superb product.
When served on its own, it does not have much sweetness, but has a strong spiciness after the umami and sourness 🤔.
When I had it with steak, the sweetness seemed to increase 😋.
It was easy to drink 🍶 with a refreshing taste 🍶 and not too sweet 😊.
Alcohol content: 15%.
Polishing ratio: 60
Rice used: 100% Minamiaizu Yumeko
Yeast used: TM-1
Good evening, nabe-san!
This was the second 🍶 brand from Minamiaizu after Kunigon, but there are many more 🍶 that I would like to try 🤤.
I'm sure there are many more 🍶 in Fukushima including Minamiaizu 🍶 that are really delicious 🍶.

I was drinking alone in Shinbashi when I ran into two members of my usual restaurant.
We were both surprised😲.
I also met some new people. ❤️
Back in Kanda, I went to Yamanoi for the first time in a while.
The ogoragami (a kind of rice wine) is one of my favorites with a gentle taste.
Kiyoshi Yamai
A modest but elegant and beautiful ginjo aroma wafts softly through the air.
The clean and clear taste of rice soaks into your body.
Delicate and beautiful sake 🍶.
As the name suggests, the aroma and taste of this sake are so pure that it fits the image perfectly 🥰.
Good morning, Hiro-san 😌.
It was my first time to drink Yamanoi and it was so easy to drink and delicious 😋.
It was a beautiful sake that you can drink just like a clear stream. ☺️
This is going to change my personal favorite sake ranking 🥳.
Yamanoi White Undrafted
I got it as soon as I saw x at the brewery yesterday!
When I see the words "first shibori" and "nama-shu", I buy it.
It is fresh and has a nice aroma.
You can taste the rice flavor and the aftertaste is good.
It's not the carbonated piquant type, but it goes great with winter food!
