☀️
I went to Aizuwakamatsu over the weekend😄.
It was nighttime 🌙🦉.
I decided to go out for a quick drink as the bars were starting to open soon 😁.
I strolled around the city, but since it was the weekend, many of the restaurants were booked up. In the midst of all this, I found a brightly lit standing bar on a street corner 👀.
It is "Konbee Ginza 9-chome".
It is open and you can see the inside of the restaurant from the outside, making it easy to enter even if it is your first time 😄.
Let's hit it! ❗️
There was an old lady 👵 at the counter who loved to talk.
The drinks are served slowly in wine glasses 🍷.
I was so busy talking and drinking that I didn't take notes on the drinks 😅.
I barely wrote down the drinks😅
Tajima
Gold medal winning sake 🥇.
It has a refreshing taste with little sweetness.
However, the flavor and aroma are perfect 👌.
I think they put a lot of thought into making this sake in order to win the award 🍶.
We had a great time and drank good travel sake 🤗.

Hello.
My parents live in Tajima, so I go to Wakamatsu a little bit, but I've never had a drink in Wakamatsu because I'm always the driver. ・・・・ (cry)
I envy you.
Hi nabe😃
What a surprise 😳❗️
It's a pity that Wakamatsu has so many good sake breweries that we can't drink them 🥲I'll just have to come up with a plan to go out for sake 😆.
Hi Hiro 😃
We too would like to stay overnight and enjoy Aizu's nightlife 🏮😌 but you have a great sense of smell and you call in good friends to a good restaurant 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
It was a nice bar. I think we had a good time talking because of the easy-going atmosphere of a standing bar 😆.
The owner's grandma used to run a store in Ginza, and she had a great customer service 🤣.
Tasted chilled, opened the day before.
Nose is flavorful of melon and rose. Mouthfeel is round and full, with notes of apple, banana and a pronounced bitterness on the finish. It is quite pleasant all in all.
The first sake from Aizu, which was opened as a New Year's sake.
Daiginjo Tajima was a gift.
It is fruity and gorgeous, but has a gentle taste.
In other words, it is easy to drink.
Rice used: Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 35
Alcohol content: 17-18%.
This is a very special sake that was supposed to be drunk at a different time.
I haven't seen my family in Corona for over a year, and I don't expect to see them again, so I opened it for a small celebratory meal today.
It smells and tastes great, no complaints!
