Tasted chilled, opened the day before. Nose is flavorful of melon and rose. Mouthfeel is round and full, with notes of apple, banana and a pronounced bitterness on the finish. It is quite pleasant all in all.

The first sake from Aizu, which was opened as a New Year's sake. Daiginjo Tajima was a gift. It is fruity and gorgeous, but has a gentle taste. In other words, it is easy to drink. Rice used: Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 35 Alcohol content: 17-18%.

This is a very special sake that was supposed to be drunk at a different time. I haven't seen my family in Corona for over a year, and I don't expect to see them again, so I opened it for a small celebratory meal today. It smells and tastes great, no complaints!
