Tonight, our first series of impactful jackets here 💁. It's Taxi Driver🚕🚕🚕🚕. It was shipped from the brewery in April this year, but what a H30BY (R0BY) and it's a 5 year aged sake 😆. The aroma of old sake, which also smells like Shaoxing wine, is in full swing from the moment the bottle is opened 🤣. It was served cold, but it is easy to drink because of its acidity. It would be good to drink it warmed up in the fall. ☺️ I wonder if it would go well with Chinese food since it has a Shaoxing sake-like flavor, and I'm going to research how to drink it based on other sakewa reviewers 💪. But it's a very intoxicating drink so I'll stop after one cup 😓.

First drink. Weak fruity feeling that I didn't imagine from the label that has impact. But it is also full. There is a miscellaneous taste (my personal feeling) like the Yamahai brewing style with low rice polishing, but it is a moderate level, so I feel it is unique. It has just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my preference for sweetness. I enjoyed it with a plate of delicious sashimi (´ω).

Yamahai Nama-Hai Nama-Zake that I bought in Morioka last summer and kept refrigerated. I thought it was time to drink it, so I opened the bottle. The aging process of the ogara-murage may seem dangerous, but it's not. It is camouflaged by the sweetness and miscellaneous flavors that are typical of a cab driver. It tastes like a cookie, like a candy bar, It has a nostalgic flavor that reminds us of the sweets we used to have in the past. Enjoy the aroma that escapes through your nose while pondering the past.

Purchased at a Tohoku product exhibition at a department store. Label with strong impact😅 The rice swells up after the slight sourness is amazing. Alcoholic feeling through the nose 🍶. The taste of rice remains after drinking 😄. Looks like it would go well with some spicy food😃. It is a peculiar sake, so there are different tastes. Also, each tank seems to have a different sake level 😅.

Kansai Sake-new year party [1st meeting] 6) I think Ao ordered this one too. The Taxi Driver we had previously was +4 sake, but this one was +9. I wonder if there is a big difference depending on the year of production and the tank 🤔. I got the impression that it was a bit punchy, but I didn't think it was spicy.

Cab Driver Junmai Genmai Sake 1760 yen (4 gos. bottle) Today's snack is hokki-gai and kimchi nabe🍲. I was drawn to this sake by the label and the interesting name. When I opened the bottle and poured it into a glass... the aroma and yellow color did not look like sake.... I thought it might be bad 😱. From the first sip...not for me 😭 It's a very peculiar sake and makes you think about the marriage. It doesn't go well with sashimi!

It was cold and snowy today, so I tried heating it up✋and it turned out to be a good one! ‼️ The aroma is still distinctive, but the taste is more sweet from the rice, which makes it easier to drink, and the pungency ends up being mildly spicy😊I'll kill this one with a hot drink😊.

Drinking outside 🎶🎵 I drank 🍶 at the offline meeting of the Kansai branch of SAKEWA I've seen it at liquor stores but couldn't afford it 🚕🚕🚕🚕🚕. I was able to drink it again 😁. The guy at the store explained why it was called Taxi Driver, it's like the movie 、、、、. I think it tasted pretty decent 😁. I drank so much I can't remember for sure 🙏.
