White peaches, strawberry gum, and a nice smell of sake lees on the sales floor. I have a feeling it's already delicious. Juicy syrup with a fruity taste, sweet sourness runs when you try to swallow. Once the taste fades, there is a slight effervescence, a light but not persistent sweetness, and a numbing sensation at the back of the tongue. Occasional bitterness. Overall, it is an elegant sweet sake with a sense of transparency. It is better to drink it in small sips rather than gulping it down.

I wanted to try Kamo Nishiki's highest series of Aizan ‼️ It's so good on its own 😋 Good sake should be enjoyed on its own! Ridiculously expensive though 😆. I recently went to the hospital for an MRI and am waiting for the doctor's appointment because my back is hurting too much! I think it's probably just the aging process from lack of exercise, lack of strength, lack of flexibility, etc 😅 I have to do something about my back pain since I'm going to be a baseball coach for this year only after a long time.

Kamonishiki is the second and final sake brewery in the Sake-no-jin series. I first joined the Sake-no-jin in 2015 and first encountered Kamonishiki Marubin in 2016 (photo attached). I still remember the shock I felt when I first sipped it. I still remember the shock when I first sipped it......such a good sake or drink? I thought. Then came the Corona disaster...and as you can see in the attached photo, Marubin has been replaced this year. I feel a little sad that Malbin is gone, but I will accept it as a developmental thing. By the way, what kind of alcohol was Malbin? If I were to ask you what kind of alcohol Marubin was, you might be able to imagine that it was like a fresh version of the traditional sake. I'm sorry to make a long preamble, but this sake... was priced at 2,500 yen at the local market... but it's not something you can buy for that kind of price, seriously. It was a sake with the same flavor, complexity, depth, and profundity as the top Shinsei level. I should have bought two bottles...I regret it so much now. But anyway, thanks to the brewery and the young master brewer. I am looking forward to next year.

This is the first time for me to taste Hachitan-Nishiki, a packaged sake. I don't know what it is, but it has a fruity aroma. It has a fruity aroma, a rice flavor, and a slight acidity. Light and easy to drink with low alcohol content.

Yesterday, when my taste buds were getting stupid due to hay fever, I was so excited to see a bottle of sake with a package tag. It was so thin 😔😔. I could hardly taste it 😭 Today, the second day, I was afraid to drink it. I could taste fresh, elegant sweetness and fruity! Thank goodness 😊.
