I'm told the acidity is the concept, but I'm not sure it's strong enough to be felt that much 🤔.
It is certainly a little bit different from the previous Shippuda sake, and apart from the taste, there is also an impression of fruit like grapefruit with a bit of bitterness 🙄.
So it is a type that can be tasted well.
Purchased at my usual liquor store, attracted by the pop.
It has a fresh aroma like muscat, a bitter aftertaste, but the mouthfeel has a fruity sweetness combined with a slightly stronger fizzy taste.
The bitterness gives it a strong alcohol taste for its flavor and alcohol content.
The impression of freshness is strong, so as the description says, you want to finish it as soon as possible.
Alcohol content 13%.
Rice polishing ratio 50%.

As the endorsement label says, it is like a hardy Gohyakumangoku sake,
A fresh, beautiful sake that is like a light, dry Niigata Prefecture sake nestled in a cutting-edge modern sake👍.
Kamo Nishiki's cargo tag sake makes me want to check its evolution periodically.
Not much aroma due to the cold.
Textured and fresh on the palate.
The nose is very light and fruity.
Muscat and pear.
Clear, smooth and sweet.
Fresh citrus-like acidity in the second half.
Beautiful, smart, gorgeous, and easy to drink.
4/5 stars for my taste.
It's been a while since I've had a cargo tag sake!
Maybe it's the same for everyone, but I feel like there are so many different kinds of packaged liquor that I often end up not buying any lol.
It's called "light fresh" and is certainly on the dry side.
However, it also has a mineral-rich freshness and a soft sweetness, and is still delicious.
It would be fun to compare the different kinds of sake.
Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop at Tokyo Station in October.
The little ♡♡♡ who was lying in the fridge
(It was literally lying on its side...oh no!)
It's so drinkable and "watery"!
The aroma, the acidity, the sweetness, the bitterness...
Even though everyone was there, everyone seemed to be very reserved.
It seemed so light.
It's delicious, but...
I like to drink it with sweets.
I studied with Hasegawa Sake Shop's book 📖.
