Black Cho-san" Junmai Daiginjo Nama-no-Hara Sake
A limited time product selected by the toji from among Choujamori's new sake.
It has a clear taste unique to Junmai Daiginjo, and is a precious bottle that can only be drunk during this season.
We had it at a nearby sushi restaurant and it was mild and sweet on the palate despite its 17% alcohol content. As one would expect from a sake made from unpasteurized sake. I had an image of Choujamori as a clear, dry sake, but this is a different kind of sake. It is much tastier.
I compared it with Tsururei Junmai Ginjo, which was also available at the store, but the sweetness was different. I thought I could tell whether or not the sake had been hi-ire.
It was so delicious that I drank too much!
Elegant, full-bodied, with a sweet, sexy aroma.
Seems like it would go well with cheese or something.
Good balance with just the right amount of spiciness.

I thought the flavor ❗️ would be strong, but it's surprisingly sharp ^ ^.
At room temperature, the aroma is also sensible. Unique faint sourness.
It does not lose its goodness when heated up, even at relatively high temperatures.
The mellow and broad flavor is excellent as a mid-meal drink 🌟.
I was attracted by the jasmine! But it was a dry 4 stars! LOL!
I know, it's refreshing!
The aroma is fruity, so even I who don't like dry wine can drink it!
Last weekend, when I returned to the countryside, I was reminded once again that heated "Chojamori" sake is moderately delicious.
A 180 ml bottle of regular sake, Hyakuman Chojamori, was heated.
It was refreshing and heated up moderately well.
This is actually a good quality that is hard to find.
