It is labeled with a hawk, FirstAttack (Rough Running), very tasteful! It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but I don't feel much of Daiginjo taste. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but you don't feel much Daiginjo flavor, but it has a crisp and spicy taste with a clean aftertaste that is unique to Aragashiri and is addictive! No matter what kind of food you drink it with, it is an impactful sake!

They say that slow fermentation gives it a fruity taste like white grapes. Indeed, it is very tasty with sweetness and acidity like white grapes. It is suitable for before or after a meal, but not during a meal. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink for everyone. This was the best sake I had at the Niigata Sake-no-jin 2025.

It is a sake called "Nama-sake", but it is cloudy as if it were unfiltered. It is only called "Nama-shu," but it is cloudy as if unfiltered. It has an apple-like ginjo aroma on the nose. The aftertaste is clean and very easy to drink, but when you put it in your mouth, you can also taste the sweetness, and it is very well-balanced. It is a sake that makes you feel happy.

Akika" is an autumn limited edition sake made from Kirinzan's "Yawaraka" (Junmai-shu). It has a soft and fluffy taste, but the Kirinzan brewery is known for its crisp aftertaste. It is good for a late-night drink or a pre-bedtime drink.
