寿梨庵
I bought this sake when I traveled to Awashima in autumn. It is made by Niigata Meijo, a local brewery. It's like a reimportation, but the water from Awashima is brought here and brewed, so I feel very grateful. It has a clean and crisp taste like a Niigata sake, but it also has an excellent aroma without any miscellaneous flavors. There is no specified name on the label, but it seems to be a regular sake. It seems to be a regular sake, but it has the same (or better?) specifications as a tokubon. This was the only sake I could find on Awashima, but I think it's enough for the seafood-centric island. It somehow reminded me of the food and scenery of Awashima.
