もーちゃんLimited to Awashima, Niigata Prefecture. Sake made with water and seawater from Awashima🍶.
Easy to understand, crisp and refreshing 👍
Even more crisp when drunk warmed 😁. 寿梨庵I bought this sake when I traveled to Awashima in autumn. It is made by Niigata Meijo, a local brewery. It's like a reimportation, but the water from Awashima is brought here and brewed, so I feel very grateful.
It has a clean and crisp taste like a Niigata sake, but it also has an excellent aroma without any miscellaneous flavors. There is no specified name on the label, but it seems to be a regular sake. It seems to be a regular sake, but it has the same (or better?) specifications as a tokubon. This was the only sake I could find on Awashima, but I think it's enough for the seafood-centric island.
It somehow reminded me of the food and scenery of Awashima. パピスケAwashima limited edition sake carefully brewed with water and seawater from Awashima (brewer is Ojiya).
The taste is clean, round and mildly acidic. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
