The annual ski trip to Echigo-Yuzawa was enjoyed this year with lots of snow and nice weather.
As usual, we bought a limited-edition Choshamori sake as a souvenir at Ponshukan.
Even though it is a new sake, it has a strong flavor and the richness of Niigata rice. The finish is moderately dry and refreshing. This year's sake is also very tasty. Skiing, hot springs, and local sake, Niigata is heaven.
