Nanka Yokai
The aroma is mild. This is what I mean when I say that the aroma opens up after opening the bottle several times rather than immediately after opening!
On the palate, one senses an elegant sweetness and juiciness. It does not have a fruity taste, but rather a full-bodied one from the rice.
I have the impression that it should be carefully paired with Japanese seasonings that are not too rich in flavor.
The aftertaste is a bit alcoholic.
However, when I ate the sausage with garlic pepper on it, I still couldn't understand what was going on...
I'll drink it carefully.
