Sendai "Izakaya Chocho" 2nd drink. Hitomebore 100%. Beautiful ginjo aroma. Refreshing but deep flavor. Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol 16%. Pair it with the famous char-grilled Trojan sardines. Hold the skewer with both hands and bite down on it from the back.
Choice from the leftovers of new sake at the sake shop
Yamahai Junmai light nigori raw sake with 16% alcohol by volume
Aroma: melon, rhamnais, muscat, pear.
It is a gentle Yamahai with a strong sweetness and a refreshing acidity.
The milky flavor is exquisite.
It is like eating a ripe melon by the scoop.
I'm glad it's finished so well!
Summer Sake Series (6)
Eye-catching cute label💟.
I have been curious about this for a while.
It was delicious with a sweetness and an elegant sake feel.
3.5/5.
The best I had yesterday.
I thought it would be sweet from the heart on the label.
I imagined it to be sweet, but it was an easy-drinking sake
It was easy to drink and didn't overpower the strong food!
Brewed by Kawatakei Shoten in Toda, Miyagi
Koganezawa Junmai Ginjo HITOMEBORE
I fell in love with the stone on the bottle at first sight
I bought it with great vigor.
It was my first time to drink Koganezawa,
I drank it for the first time 🌏, and it has a gentle sweetness with the delicious taste of rice.
It is not too sweet, and it is not too sweet.
And it's not too sweet,
It has a certain amount of acidity and bitterness to cut through.
It is not too sweet, but has a certain amount of acidity and bitterness to cut through.
It is a very elegant sake that can be enjoyed during a meal.
It is a very elegant sake that can be enjoyed with food 😍.
A brand new to us. It is said to have won a gold medal at the National New Sake Competition for 16 consecutive years.
It is said to have won the gold medal for 16 consecutive years. The aroma, sweetness, and sharpness are all well-balanced, and in a good sense, it has no distinctive characteristics. It is a sake that anyone can enjoy. However, the umami flavor may have come from the Yamahai method.
The 7th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix①
The day after the event at Ogimachi Park, bouken legend and I were out drinking 😁.
I think we go out together more often than I go out with my wife🤣.
First entry to the Sake-1 Grand Prix held at Matsuo Taisha for the first time in 5 years.
I stopped by a convenience store and filled my stomach a bit before heading to the venue.
When I arrived at the venue, there was already a long line of people waiting before the event started.
Just before entering the venue, the two members of Nihonshu, a sake-tasting comic storyteller, were counting down the seconds.
Since we had a time limit, we couldn't drink all of the sake, so we started with the sake we rarely drink and had never had before.
First, we went to the Koganezawa booth, which had been on bouken's mind.
One of the characteristics of the sake brewed by Ms. Yurin Kawana, a female brewer and chief brewer, is that it is made using the Nama Moto style Yamahai brewing method, and she also participates in "DATĒ SEVEN".
Koganezawa Yamahai Junmai Sake
It has a soft sweet flavor and a little bit of lactic acidity like Yamahai. A little tingling afterwards.
HITOMEBORE Junmai Ginjo
It was squeezed 2 days ago.
I am new to this event, so I still don't know what to do.
Hi, Sashiu 😊Koganezawa is made from yamahai, but it has a soft and gentle taste and is easy to drink 😋It could be used as a food sake, and even people who don't like yamahai can drink it 😊.
Hi bouken 😊I've had a full event since the end of March, thanks for joining me even if you didn't promise 🙇I would drink a lot of Kinzawa if it was more readily available 🤣.
Outside Drinking.
CRAFT SAKE WEEK East Star Day
The color is clear.
The mouthfeel is straight and refreshing.
The sweetness is creamy and mild. However, it is not too strong, so the taste is refreshing.
There is no bitterness or sourness, and the sweetness can be tasted all the way through. Straight and easy to drink.
Among the various types of sake I have tasted, I thought it was an orthodox pale azuki.
Comparing drinks is one of the best parts of the event 😁.
Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix①
Although we had to rush to the Ogimachi Park event, Muchi and I went to the Sake-1 Grand Prix held at Matsuo Taisha, the god of sake, the next day 😆.
Since we only had two hours, we decided to visit the breweries we had never had before first.
Koganezawa was a first for me.
I wanted to buy a bottle of the Yamahai Junmai Light Nigori Nama Sake, but for some reason I missed it 😥.
I drank
Yamahai Junmai
Miyamanishiki. Sake level -2
Not as classic and easy to drink as the label suggests. Slightly sweet with impressive acidity.
Junmai Ginjo Hitomebore.
Sake meter rating -3
Cute and sweet, just as the label implies.
