Purchased at Oto Sake Shop when I stopped by Saga for a sake seminar last month!
There was a corner bar and the manager was very chatty and we had a lot of sake talk 😊.
Since I stopped by on my way home from the seminar, the proprietress of Motoyama Shoten, who brews Motomine Tsuru, was there on my way back from the same seminar and we had a nice little chat 😆.
I purchased my first brand of Koganezawa.
I personally consider it one of the rarest brands among the Dateseven brands, and this was the first time I saw it at the liquor store!
Cold sake.
Aroma with a rich sourness like cheese.
The freshness of the nama sake and the core of yamahai from the middle part of the bottle give it a thick richness.
It is not a peculiar Yamahai, but a gentle and mellow type of Yamahai.
