It has the umami that is typical of Shinshu sake, but in a modest way ❗I wonder if it's because it's alsochrome, but it doesn't have much of an alsochrome feel to it. I think it's because it's aldolated, but I don't really feel the aldolated taste.

Kitamitsu Masamune is a brand of 59 brewed sake that I enjoyed once!
The taste is sweet and refreshing 😋 which I like.
It is sweet but light and easy to drink!
I don't know of any place in the Tokai region that sells it, and it doesn't seem to be very well known among Shinshu sake, but it's crazy good👍.
I'm glad I found this bottle in the hanpukai 😆.

Sweetness followed by bitterness 😌 No acidity in particular. No punch, but a taste that you can drink all the time 😙.

Yesterday's brewery was offering "Yamagata Masamune", so it was a connection between the two. The taste was totally different, though.
Sweet and sour.
It was both sweet and sour in a strong way, with a very strong sweet/sour spectrum.
It looks like it would not lose even if you drink it as a food sake, but I thought I wanted you to first drink this flavor before a meal and feel "puh-uh".

This is the northernmost sake brewery in Nagano Prefecture, located further north from the Iiyama city center. It was far away. The sales floor was clean, and they sold 1-3 year old once-fired sake, as well as raw sake and 59 sake.
The first Hokko Masamune.
It is refreshing, crisp, and has a good sharpness. In general, it is light and easy to drink, with a taste that is typical of summer sake.
