Today I tasted Kubota and Dewazakura.
Dewazakura is a dry wine with a strong flavor, and the taste lingers on the tongue for a long time, so we sipped it little by little.
I thought it would be nice with dashi soup, fish, or something with a strong flavor, so I served it with tuna dressed with olive oil and crazy salt as a snack 🙏.
Blue cheese, prosciutto, and rice porridge are also delicious together!
Today we compared Kubota and Dewazakura - Kubota is refreshing and easy to drink, with a slight sweetness after it goes down your throat!
It was a perfect match for the pork miso soup in today's lineup 👏.
We will continue to have it with zosui (rice porridge) and prosciutto ham 🙏.
At home, my mother and I compared Gekkeikan's Yamada Nishiki and Drunken Whale!
The Yamada-Nishiki is aromatic and fruity, and is really easy to drink - it has a strong sake-like taste, but it's gorgeous and the flavor lingers on the tongue!
We had it with plum crystals, prosciutto ham, and blue cheese 🙏.
At home, my mother and I compared Gekkeikan's Yamadanishiki and Drunken Whale!
I thought that the drunken whale had a refreshing, clean taste followed by a light sugary sweetness, and in a good sense, it was a well-balanced sake with no outstanding parts. I thought it was a well-balanced sake with no outstanding parts in a good sense.
I will have it with plum crystals and soup stock 🙏.
It has a fairly distinct gassy and fruity taste that makes it easy to drink like sparkling wine - I quite liked this type of sake!
We had prosciutto ham as a snack 🙏.
It is easy to drink with a dusty gas feel and a lychee-like fruity flavor! Is this really sake? It makes me wonder if this is really sake!
I had it with crabmeat miso, but I think it would go well with regular rice or Italian food!
