I chose this sake because it had a beautiful label and was a junmai ginjo!
It is a sake with a gentle aroma and soft taste, so it goes well with many dishes!

It looks slightly amber 🟡.
It's crisp and tight with a weak sweetness and sharp acidity 😎.
When I paired it with fried shrimp, the acidity disappeared and it enhanced the sweetness of the shrimp 🤗.
