Can I send such a rare sake to the hanpukai?
Can I send it to my stupid tongue? I'm not sure 😆.
I think so, but I'll drink it.
I don't feel any sense of maturity😅.
I was expecting it to be thick, but it's nice and easy to drink. I'm afraid of my own stereotypes.
If you drink it before a meal, it might be too light and not enough. But when I drank it during a meal, I felt it was rich and did not lose to the meal.
Good morning, Choroki 😃.
If your cute daughter asks you to do something, you might not be able to say no, right?
(A good father should never let his daughter do such a thing 😆)
pure, clear and delicious
It has a moderate alcohol taste that goes through the nose,
I thought it was a good all-around food sake.
It was delicious. ‼️
The old man remembers, at one time? I don't remember how many years ago, but it was a clear-colored drink with some kind of flavor. I thought it might be popular, but when I remember that the only thing that remained was some kind of water flavor, I wondered if it was a difficult genre.
But that's enough of my old man's ramblings.
I thought it was rather amazing. It's a wonder that they can mix alcohol and produce a transparent body with the taste.
I think it would be a perfect aperitif, thanks to the nozawana emmi.
First time for Hokko Masamune. There are so many Masamune.
I think it's a brand you can't get unless you go to a hanpukai.
It's not a very tasty wine, but it's a good one that you can drink easily and without any peculiarities.
I went for a walk in the nearby mountains. It is within walking distance from my house.
It's a 90-minute round trip without even carrying a backpack. It's just right for my accented body.
Hi Nochi 😃
I have never seen this brand before! I guess this is the fun of hanpukai too 🤗
Slurpy Masamune 😁 looks delicious 😋.
Looks like a nice 90 minute hike with a nice view👍.
Jay & Nobby Good evening. It's nice to receive a delicious sake that I probably wouldn't have chosen if I had seen the label or the store pop up. I've never experienced a major disappointment, but it can be a little sad at times 💔.
Choroki-san There is a nice buckwheat noodle shop on the way, and I can't run because I plan to do a lot of noodle dishes and come back while taking a leisurely stroll. I can't run without stopping at a buckwheat noodle shop.
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 11th bottle
Ginjo-shu type
Yogurt-like aroma
Light sake, with a relatively firm bitterness in the aftertaste, but no assertive umami or acidity.
It seems to be a good light sake for a meal, but it is also quite good on its own.
Hokko-Masamune Kinmon-Nishiki Daiginjo 4500Days,.
This is a truly treasured sake that has been stored in ice temperature for over 4,500 days since it was first bottled on February 25, 2011!
It has a slightly thickened texture and a soft, mellow mouthfeel that is extremely well rounded, with no sense of maturity. It has a slightly thickened texture, with an extremely rounded, soft, mellow mouthfeel, and no sense of aging at all. It has a mild sweetness and a clear, transparent taste, and it finishes crisp and clean with a beautiful acidity. I am not a big fan of the sense of maturity, but I welcome such a beautiful secret sake!
The second glass is also a first for us, Hokko Masamune.
This one has a dry, refreshing taste that helps to wash away the oiliness of the kushiyaki. Akasaka Sanroku's grilled beefsteak skewers are absolutely delicious. Eat, drink, and be satisfied.
Drinking Hokko Masamune for the first time!
It's a clear, dry sake with a strong umami flavor!
If you chill it too much, it tastes too sharp, so I think it's good at room temperature or even warmed up!
I'm curious to see what the other sakes are like!
The aroma is strong sourness, and the mouthfeel is soft, but immediately tinged with sourness and alcohol pungency. A lingering acidity lingers in the aftertaste.
Alcohol 15%.
Sake strength +1
Slightly high acidity
