Sake Event ❗
The event was coming to an end, so we rushed to drink 🍶.
The sake had a slightly spicy, sharp taste with a strong umami flavor, which is typical of Kokushimusou sake 😋.
After the event, I went to a bar with my senpai and we parted ways.
And since I ate ramen, I had to finish with ramen 🍜🍜🍜.
I was so drunk I had an appetite bug💫.
Hello, Noodle Drink King 🐦🍜🍜.
Ramen 🍜🍜 well it filled your stomach 🤣.
And the volume of the chashu pork is amazing 😂.
I wonder why ramen soup tastes so good after drinking 😊.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Sake 🌃😀.
I am very interested in your ramen🍜🍥🍜 information as well as alcohol information😊You ate 4 bowls of ramen on May 23? Then you must be a ramen hermit 🗻☁🔥.
Hi Pon 😃.
I was actually thinking I could go for another 🍜, but I refrained from the quintessential 😁 I noticed it was working on my stomache when I took a break at the hotel 😅.
Hi Maechen 😃.
I had 2 bowls of ramen at night on 5/23 and had ramen for breakfast and lunch on 5/24 🍜.
I call myself the King of Noodles and Sake, so I'll be eating a lot of noodles 👍Manta-san seems to eat more ramen than me 😅.
A souvenir from Hokkaido.
This time I chose a low alcohol (14 degrees) nigori sake. Not too sweet and refreshing.
I drank it at room temperature as soon as I bought it, but it would be even better if it were cooler👍.
#Funabori#
On a business trip to Sapporo, I was attracted by the fancy spring-inspired label and opened a bottle 😋.
I was attracted by the flashy spring-inspired label and opened a bottle 😋.
Sweet as the pink label 😆.
And the refreshing taste typical of Hokkaido sake 🤔.
I enjoyed it with natto o okra 👍
It is refreshing and easy to drink.
I started drinking it after I finished my meal, and it seems to go with everything.
I will enjoy it while watching the national soccer game!
8.5 points (8.5 points for my wife)
Rice used : Hokkaido rice Kitshizuku
Rice polishing ratio : 55
Sake meter : +3
Acidity: 1.7
Alcohol content: 17-18%.
Sold at: Takasago Shuzo (Asahikawa City)
When opened, it has a gaseous feeling.
Almost no gas
Slightly alcoholic grape-like top note
The aroma is like light grapes and peaches, the umami of rice and gentle sweetness spreads with soft acidity, and it finishes with a hint of bitterness and a little bit of alcohol spiciness.
The aroma and sweetness are mild, and the umami of the rice can be felt well, giving it a mildly juicy impression. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own.
It went well with crispy grilled chicken (salted and teriyaki flavors), turnip and chicken in cream sauce.
