A drink that lives up to its name.
Slight aroma, smooth attack. The taste is light, light, medium-hot, and goes in smoothly with a good sharpness.
The name says it all 🤣.
Cross-industrial exchange meeting, cool in Memanbetsu, lawn mowing finished: ☑️
We had some time before our return flight, so we visited Abashiri Prison, Tento Mountain, and Abashiri Prison, and then headed for Memanbetsu Airport. ✈️
We had a light Hokkaido sake at a sushi bar with a standing counter.
Kokushi Musou and Goho are recommended today!
If that's the case, let's try Kokushi Musou!
It's a little bit light, but still dry!
Sushi nigiri (five rolls)!
It's been a while since we've seen Takomamma!
We enjoyed mowing the lawn in a cooler environment than we do in the suburbs of Tokyo!
Next time in Obihiro!

Brands that can only be found at product exhibitions. Would you like to try a variety of sake? I drank a lot of sake.
Junmai-shu Taisetsu Yuki (pure rice sake) stored in snow.
Stored in snow for 100 days. It is made from 60% polished comet. Nutty and a little bit peculiar.
Junmai Ginjo-shu Kokushimusou
Made with Kitashizuku. It is a bit dark, and is said to be good even when heated.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu Kokushimusou Hokkaido Limited
Made with Comet. Slightly dry and refreshing, smooth and easy to drink. A little nutty. It seems to be popular as a souvenir from Hokkaido.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu Kokushimusou Ungaisoten
A limited edition sake from the brewery. Sticky and tasty.
Junmai-Daiginjo-Shu Kokushimusou Nama-Shu Hokkaido Limited
Junmai nama-shu Kokushimusou Nama-shu, limited to Hokkaido. Slightly nutty and bitter. Spicy and refreshing.
Junmai Ginjo-shu Kokushimusou Nama-genshu from a limited brewery.
Kitashizuku nama nama sake. The same yeast as Ezonokuma. The most fruity and slightly sweet flavor. My favorite type.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu Kokushimusou Nijuyuu
They let me try it. It is very good ❗It has a watery flavor and goes down smoothly. No other 28% sake made with rice produced in Hokkaido has such a good taste.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu, stored in ice temperature.
Only this is made from Hyogo Yamadanishiki. Elegant, well-balanced and deep flavor.
The brewer was very nice.

The Takasago Sake Brewery from Hokkaido rarely comes to Kansai.
They almost never come to events.
The salesman's way of speaking was somewhat like Yoohee's, which made me feel familiar with him 😁.
We drank
Snow-stored Junmai-shu
Made with Comet. It was refreshing and a little spicy.
Junmai Ginjo
It is made with Kitashizuku. I have seen it at Maya.
It is refreshing and gorgeous, but has a nutty taste.
Junmai Daiginjo Hokkaido Limited
This is also a refreshing type.
Junmai Daiginjo Ungaisoten
This sake is limited to the brewery. Gorgeous and elegant sake.
Hokkaido Limited Junmai Nama Nama Sake
I read the description and it seems to be an unfiltered raw sake.
I think it has a nutty taste too 🤔.
Junmai Ginjyo Nama-genshu
When I talked about Ezo-no-Kuma, which is a limited edition, he said this was a similar type of sake. I think it was the best one I had at this booth, but it was nutty 🥜.
Junmai Daiginjyo Hyoketsu Storage Asahi Kamui
This one is made with Yamadanishiki. It's like a high-class clean water.
It's got to be good 🤣.
Junmai Daiginjo Nijuhachi
Sake with 28% polished rice 😳.
This is the most delicious one. I thought it was Yamada, but I thought it was great and rare to use local rice in this class.
Overall it felt nutty 🤔.
Purchased at an antenna store in Hokkaido.
A jump of acidity!
Then a moderate bitterness develops.
Not too assertive, but pleasant 😋.
There is no cloudiness or cloying taste, so it can be enjoyed without being unpleasant 😉.
After that, the taste of rice, probably comet ......, spreads 😊.
The taste is not quite sweet.
Furthermore, the unique taste of Kokushimusou spread to the back of my throat.
Is this the taste of comet?

Purchased at a department store fair after hearing that it was a Hokkaido limited edition.
It has a fruity taste on the palate with a slight acidity and a dry aftertaste that lingers in the nose after drinking. I was told by the store staff that it goes well with all kinds of food, but when paired with yakitori (salt), the sake might be a bit overpowering. I thought it might go better with yakitori (tare), which has a strong flavor. Since it is a draft sake, I will probably try it with tare next week.
♪♪♪♪♪
Here's one of the ones I got 🙏✨
Yes....I've had it for a few years now! Yum!
And it's beautiful!
I wonder if it's pear? It is easy to drink and mild. ☺️
Oh, it says "pear-like aroma" on the box.
The snacks this time
Inari sushi (handmade)
Soba Inari (handmade)
I had two snacks this time!
Soba Inari is delicious! It went well with sake 😁.
Hi Pon 😊.
I missed your return 💦.
It was a recipe from a certain Cookpad ← I mean w🤣.
I've been buzzing about all the recipes that seem to go well with alcohol.
I think you are overreacting about the department store, it's just a hobby 😊.
