The aroma is fresh, like freshly picked apples.
The mouthfeel is clear, with a slight gasiness.

Business trip to Yamanashi Part ⑬
Today I had my first Shizen-Go, which I probably bought at a liquor store in Yamanashi Prefecture 😋.
When I bought it at the store, the lady told me that it was a more aromatic sake than usual 😊The aroma was slightly floral 🌸 type. In the mouth, it has a slight gasiness and refreshing acidity 😚 soft sweetness and full umami 😘.
This is my first time to try Shizengo, so I can't tell the difference, but it's a delicious sake typical of Oki Daikichi Honten 🥳👍.
The fourth one is the tsukemen I had at Apa Chikin. The thick seafood dipping sauce and the noodles with a good waistline was a good collaboration 😘It was a good noodle to finish the meal 😘
Good evening, Maechen 😃.
Congratulations on your first natural hometown in Yamanashi 🎉㊗️
The label looks fragrant 🌸.
And beautiful noodles✨A definite tasty guy 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃😀
I was drinking instruments, but not natural hometown 🤔At the diner near APA, the only thing left is the old-fashioned Chinese noodles 😚 I would like to kombu the ramen🍜 at this diner before I leave😇.

We bought this sake because it was rare to find it unfiltered and unpasteurized.
In the mouth, it has a strong alcoholic and sweet taste, with a slight carbonation.
It is not at all watery, but rather rich.
The feeling of drinking sake is pleasant.
The lineup of alcoholic beverages looks like this.
Choose a brand you have never had before.
Wow, they are all so good and so bad!
This one had a very clear taste.
It has an unobtrusive fruity aroma and a soft gasiness that is impressive. Although it is said to be aged at ice temperature, it does not feel heavy at all. The taste is calm and clean.
I bought this together with an instrumental Masamune that I drank a while ago. It is from the same brewery, so my expectations were high.
I thought it might be a little rough because of the "nature" in the name and the use of yeast from the "Namikase" (sake brewery), but it was gentle and tasty!
It has a mild flavor that easily fits into your body, yet the umami can be felt, and the sake goes down a treat. It was delicious!

Sweet aroma of pineapple. Tropical in spite of winter! It is very strong! It has a strong umami. The acidity is also effective, so it is not too strong. It has a mellow and delicious taste. A "hana-yosuyu" sake! 86 points
