Shizenigo BIO Special Junmai Arahashiri 720ml.
It has a fruity aroma and umami flavor.
You can feel it well. ❤️
Although it is different from Masamune, it has the same fruity taste and CP,
but the fruity and CP are as delicious as ever. ❤️
It's a very good bottle. ☺︎
.
In addition to the subtle sweetness and the acidity typical of the sake, you can also taste the freshness of the sake because it is arabashiri!
It is delicious ❗(^^)d
Tonight, I opened the bottle because I felt like I was being called from the fridge.
The first brand name in the series "Shizenigo".
I brought this bottle because it is from the brewery of the famous Masamune Instrument.
The aroma is not as spectacular as that of the instrumental.
One sip. It's a completely different thing from the instrumental 💦⁉️ It's not fruity, but rather clean and crisp.
The taste is a little spicy and acidic on the back of the palate, with a slight bite on the tongue.
It has a nice lingering aftertaste that waits for the next sip.
I don't know if it's my good luck or the sake's potential that I can taste such deliciousness even on the first sip...
Anyway, it was still delicious 😅
Good morning, Mr. Baum 😃.
The fridge calls me...in the sakewa area it's alu alu 😁 but in general it might be taken as an alcoholic ⚠️ 😆 I'm glad your first one is good 😋🤗.
White wine-like fruitiness. Chardonnay, maybe.
Slightly bodied texture.
Rounded flavor, harmonious sweetness and acidity.
The sharpness is refreshing at the end.
Delicious and spring-like.
Taste level 3.5/5
It has a very rough taste. It has a gassy mouthfeel and a firm sweetness on the palate. The lingering taste is not too long and disappears nicely, making it an easy sake to match with food.
