This is a type of sake that I don't usually choose.
The color is clear.
The aroma is pineapple, white flowers, and a little malted rice.
The taste is sweet. The bitterness in the aftertaste is also moderate and clean. Delicious.
The sweetness comes out more when the temperature is 14 degrees Celsius or so rather than refrigerated. The temperature and sake cups are difficult to choose for this kind of sake. If it is earthenware, the aroma is a concern, and a large magnetic or wine glass, such as tin, is probably the best choice.
The choice of rice for the birthday celebration of my second son (12) was horse sashimi nigiri. How astringent.
However, this is delicious!
Shizen Go BIO Nakadori,
Speaking of horse sashimi, it is served with Fukushima sake.
It has a clear, refreshing flavor without any peculiarities,
The miso that goes with the horse sashimi here is elegant and
and you can feel the light flavor of the horse sashimi itself,
The miso with the horse sashimi is elegant, and you can feel the light flavor of the horse sashimi itself, as well as the clear sake served in the glass,
It goes well with the sake.
After much deliberation in Ginza, we chose the Shizenkou bio medium-bottled sake.
From the first sip, the rice's firm yet elegant sweetness and a hint of carbonation hit the tongue with a thump, yet it was not dull at all, but rather easy to drink.
Nature Township is really wonderful💓.
Simply put, it has the best cosmetics, but it gives me a sense of satisfaction that I don't want to say so simply.
It is a wonderful cup with a good balance of sharp sweetness, umami, and acidity derived from the action of lactic acid bacteria.
I love it ❤
