A hint of semedyne, bitterness and sourness on the palate...not enough to bother me...but maybe it's because it's the first time I've brewed it...or maybe it's because it's been burned? Nature Township SEVEN The scent is minty and cool! 😉 The palate is rather sweet! The fresh sweetness spreads like muscat while the bitter sourness comes out softly in the aftertaste to finish it off! 🍇😍 I used to drink Masamune from time to time, but it's been a very long time since I've had Shizenigo! I regret that I should have bought it by the bottle (I'm not sure if I should have).

This sake is easy to drink and well-balanced with a fruity sweetness and a clean aftertaste. I opened a bottle of Fukushima sake to match with sukiyaki beef, and it matched perfectly! It was a perfect match. It drained off the fat from the meat and matched the freshness of the garland chrysanthemum. It was a great collaboration.

Today is my favorite Shizenigo Enryu Junmai! The sake I like to drink every year at this time of the year (^o^) The aroma is full of fruity sensations such as apples and peaches! The taste is sweet and slightly carbonated! The taste is sweet with a slight carbonation from the sweetness, followed by sourness and a moderate bitterness 😊The aftertaste is moderate and lingers well. It's delicious. No harsh taste, clear sake! I don't even feel the alcohol 😄This is it! I wanted to drink this!
