Slam dunk🏀⛹️ aroma is refreshing with a slight sweetness. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a new one or not, but it's a good idea.
Although it is a light nigori, there is little lees, so the sweetness is suppressed.
Therefore, it has a strong sake feel and is delicious.
Mitsui no Kotobuki is one of the sake breweries I would like to try in the future....

Alcohol content 14°.
Yeast: Kyokai 901
Sake degree +14
Acidity 1.8
Rating (on a scale of 0 to 3)
(Item) Glass
(Aroma) +1.5 Steamed rice, melon, ginjo aroma
(Appearance) Crystal
(Taste) Mouthfeel
Body 1.5
Acidity 2
Sweetness 1
Umami 2
Bitterness 1.5
Lingering Aftertaste Yes
Impression: Light and dry with a refreshing umami taste
The aroma is mild and rice-like.
The taste is so light that the sake alcohol content is +14 at 14℃. However, you can taste the umami in it. It seems to be from Niigata or something, but it does not seem to be Yamada-Nishiki. Interesting.
Repeat Score 2.5
Not sake, but...
I found this white plum wine at a liquor store. I was really attracted to it, maybe because it was the season for cherry blossom viewing ✨.
The taste of the plums and lactobacillus are mixed together and it's sweet and easy to drink ✨.
Even people who don't like alcohol can enjoy it like juice!
It would be great to drink it while watching the cherry blossoms 🌸
