At home. First Fukuoka, first Mitsui no Kotobuki. It was introduced as an easy to drink sake for those who are trying sake for the first time. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, and it goes down easy without any resistance, with a little bitterness in the throat. It's very easy to drink. Tomorrow is my day off, and I'm going to drink it with Sogapelle ❗️.

No schwarziness. The aroma on the nose has a slightly peculiar aroma, which is not my favorite strain, but it is not that strong. The moment you drink it, the aroma takes all your attention, but it is quite robust and has a long aftertaste with a firm bitterness. Strong and dry Serve with kochi sashimi dipped in dashi soy sauce. The aroma and the intensity of the sake are offset by the intensity of the soy sauce. The sake is rather sweet and tasty.

Recently, I have been buying sake for sake competitions more frequently. This is because even if the price is a little higher, the taste is unmistakable. This time, too, it was a great sake that did not betray our expectations in a good way. It has a clear and dry taste like Mitsui no Kotobuki, but it is also very clear and sweet, and is the ultimate in sweet, tasty, and refreshing sake. Thank you for another great sake 🍶!

TOMO welcome party 2025⑱ I've always been curious about the slam dunk label, but I hadn't tried it because it was dry 🏀. It looks like water. Like tasteless kamizen nyosui. I'm not sure if it's because Mitsui no Kotobuki is mainly dry, but I'm not really into it... I'd like to try Chikara and see what it's like 🤔.
