Mitsui no Kotobuki after a long time
Chicara, a fashionable summer sake with a cicada label
I was looking forward to drinking the nigori sake Chikara for the first time!
I took a sip of the chilled one and was captivated by its crisp and slightly spicy flavor!
This is delicious!
Mitsui no Kotobuki can be kept in the fridge after opening the bottle, and the flavor will change nicely, so you can enjoy it for a few days (^^)

The author of Slam Dunk is a fan of this sake, and the character Mitsui Kotobuki was born from that.
The aroma does not stand out much, and as the name "Dai-harakuchi" suggests, it is smooth and refreshing like water.
There is a slight acidity at the back.
