A cup of Atago no Matsu sake, Musubi Maru version, purchased with ZAO at Marushu Sake Shop in Shiroishi City during a trip to Miyagi Prefecture.
It is a special pure rice.
The rice used is domestic rice.
Polishing ratio is polished up to 60% by flattening.
The alcohol content is 15 degrees Celsius.
The aroma when the bottle is opened is light and wafting. It has a gentle sweet smell like melon.
When poured into the sake cup, it is clear and smooth.
As you take a sip, a gentle sweetness spreads slightly in the mouth, followed by a light pungency or bitterness.
As it is swallowed, it disappears quickly and crisply. This sharpness makes it easy to drink despite its alcohol content.
It is perfect as a food sake, and its flavor increases when paired with a meal.

I've been in Kyoto since this afternoon 🚅 It's hot 💦😰.
Unfortunately, I have a one-day business trip tomorrow morning 😱.
Let's go for a quick drink after the meeting 😁.
Let's start with summer sake!
Refreshing acidity, fresh and bouncy!
It's crisp, refreshing and light 😁.
Good evening, Mr. Uchi~'s super~rippa!
I see you are enjoying your business trip drinking tonight too 🎵.
The atmosphere of the restaurant looks nice too 🤤.
I had a cup of "One Summer's Love" the other day and it was refreshing and delicious 😋.
Friday's Sannomiya drinking
Closing at "Uraoregyo" and today's sake 😀.
I found out that I was drinking heated sake to close out the day 🤣.
A perfect reminder 😀.
After this, we had a standing drink (no sake) and curry udon for the real finish 🤪.
Today, a pine tree at Atago. One summer of love.
The first pine tree at Atago.
What a sweet and sour sound of one summer's love! I am a little hesitant to drink it as an old man.
It is light, fresh, and fresh. It is not so sweet and seems to go very well with the officially recommended summer vegetables and pike conger.
