The owner of the liquor store recommended it to me,
Hakutsuru Nishiki was new to me, so I was curious ((o)).
It has a juicy aroma and taste like green apple or pineapple, but the aftertaste is quite dry.

It has a fruity and juicy flavor, and is best served well chilled!
I really wanted to chill the whole bottle, but I couldn't find a good container for it, so I drank it while chilling the sake cup only 🍶.
