As it was Mother's Day, we invited my husband's parents to a sushi festival at our house.
To go with the sushi, we will be serving Atago no Matsu, a limited edition from Waya, which we purchased on a previous trip back home to Bulgaria. For seafood, I thought Shinzawa Sake Brewery would be the best choice.
This Atago no Matsu is 39% polished. The aroma is not so strong, but it has no acidity but is refreshingly juicy. There are no peculiarities, so it doesn't interfere with the sushi, making it an excellent match 😋💕.
Delicious - as expected👍!
Good evening, Wakata 🌇Pairing sushi with limited edition Atago pine 😍so much superb food terror, I'm about to buy discounted sushi at the supermarket and go home 🤣Sushi and Atago pine would be the best tag team 😊.
Hi Nemuchi, good evening 😃our sushi is ropia, so it's 👍always sushi from the supermarket. I hope you will too 😁.
Really, sushi and Atago's pine trees were a perfect tag team 😋✨.
Good evening, Waka 🦉.
The sushi! I can't get enough of sushi with all the ingredients sticking out 😆👍It's great with a nice polished sake from Atago's pine tree! I got hungry looking at it 😂.
Good evening, Pon-chan😃Sorry for the late reply 🙏This sushi is from Lopia, a popular supermarket in Kansai, so please stop by and buy some. It was super delicious 😋💕It was a perfect match for this refreshing sake ❤️👍
Although it is a daiginjo, the aroma is subdued, and it is a refreshing sake that goes well with meals. This is the second time for me to try sake in PET bottles, and I think it is a good idea because it is easy to take home after purchase.
