It's crisp, light, and dry, and I thought to myself, Shiogama is all about tuna, so I paired it with tuna, and also amberjack (amberjack).
It goes great with red meat fish.

I've made a conscious effort not to make it cloudy since I've learned to drink, but before I learned to drink sake, it was very muddy 🤔.
The taste on the palate was very strong, with a strong sake flavor, and as soon as you swallow it, the sake feeling comes through very strongly, just as I imagined traditional sake to be!
When heated up, the sake flavor was very strong on the palate, but once it was in the mouth, it was very soft and fluffy and delicious!
After some time, the alcohol feeling was gone and it became mellow and thick on the palate, and the aftertaste was very easy to drink, with a hint of alcohol, but gentle!
