Sake rice Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio 48
Sweet and fruity on the palate. It is more gorgeous than Hakurakusei style, which is my favorite. The lingering aftertaste is deliciously astringent. Delicious.
A joint project of seven breweries in Miyagi. This year's leader Urakasumi (Shiogama, Miyagi)
〜Urakasumi style traditional sea〜.
The sweet and sour taste is well balanced. We had it with octopus sashimi, canned sardines and cabbage with sesame oil and plum paste.
It is released on July 7 every year, and we look forward to this day with great anticipation.
Ginjo aroma.
It has a clear sweet taste, with no rice flavor or bitterness.
It is one step higher than a well-balanced royal-road ginjo-shu.
I am glad that the aroma and taste are at the highest level ......, but there are too many side letters in the name.

What's with this long, conscious name?
A joint project by 7 Miyagi breweries (Urakasumi, Katsuyama, Suminoe, Hakurakusei, Yamawa, Haginotsuru, and Koganezawa)
The rice used for the sake is a special grade of Yamadanishiki rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture🌾.
Melon-like aroma
Smooth on the palate with gentle sweetness and moderate bitterness
Well balanced 🍶✨.
