When I went on a trip to Kii-Katsuura, I bought this at Horichu Sake Shop! It is super spicy and has a strong taste.

I was blown away by the taste of this bottle when I drank it for the first time the year before last.
Since then, it's a must-buy bottle for me every year. ✌️✌️
It has a fruity aroma, just a little bit of chili, and a nice mouthfeel.
The sweetness is felt for a moment, and then the umami that spreads afterwards is thick.
At the end of drinking, the spiciness and rum raisin-like aroma that is typical of matured sake remain.
Everything I look for in a sake at a high level 😆💯.

I was curious about the sake that Chanmaya P. used to drink.
It's been about a year, but I finally got it!
As it says "fragrant", it is gorgeous. It is slightly sweet with a dry taste in the second half. It is quite dry when you have a sweet meal.
If you drink it by itself, it has quite a bit of rummy and tropical sweetness.
