I tasted it during the New Year holidays. I thought it was arabashiri, but I mistakenly put shiboritate in it 🤣. It was fresh and easy to drink even though it was fired once.

Today, following yesterday's Aizan drinking event, I went to the Osaka Bay Tower's Japanese sake festival event 😀. I was informed in advance by bouken-san that there was a sake that Saku-san usually does not have, so I made a toast with his wife with that sake 😇. The sake was even clearer and fruity than Saku's usual sake, and we were very satisfied from the start 😀. During the live taiko performance by three women, my wife and I, who are both learning taiko, were overwhelmed by their amazing performance 😇. We were able to compare over 130 different types of sake, but my favorite was from Yamazaru, a brewery located in Asa, Yamaguchi Prefecture 😇. From the aroma to the mouthfeel, it was right up my alley👍! I had a chance to talk to the brewer and asked him about the stores in the Kansai area that carry it.

Junmai Ginjo🍶Aged Sake✨Snow❄️☃️ Aged sake, light yellow in color. Cold sake, matured, Daruma Masamune-like. Not heavy, warmed to 60 degrees. Soft around the edges. Mellow. ☺️ It's still a sake for warming up. I served it with scallop sashimi sent from my relatives in Hokkaido 😋The scallops were huge and delicious💕. Purchased at Iida Sake Shop @ Shiki.

Nice to meet you, isn't it? My name is "Makosuke" and I live in Yamaguchi Prefecture. I used to not be a fan of sake breweries, but recently I've found it easier to drink. I've been buying it more often than not. This time I bought Yamazaru Junmai Ginjyo Namaiginjo Nama-nihanzake Naokumi-Okirigarami It's refreshing, crisp, and has a nice aftertaste. It is sold only at a limited number of places, and only 500 bottles are made. If you see it, please try it.

1800 2024/2 Yamazaru Yamazaru from flowers Junmai Ginjyo Shinshu Yamadanishiki 55% -5 Association yeast 1901 15° 24/1 B Nagayama Shuzo, Sanyo Onoda-shi, Yamaguchi 1800 3300 I assumed that the new sake was a draft sake... and after taking a sip, I realized that it was. I regretted my lack of attention as I thought I had chosen the raw sake after wondering about the other fire-aged sake. I could taste the astringency behind the aroma and quite a bit of sweetness (-5 when I checked later). I felt it was a little unbalanced when heated, but when cooled, it became soft and refreshing. I have been alternating between warmed and cold sake ever since.
