Good evening, Eiji-san! I have visited Cocokara several times, and it is a nice place, isn't it? It is a place where I feel that it is good to have a classic or matured type of wine once in a while.
Himonora, a sake with the motif of Shizuoka's Nessie-like creature!
It is a dry, crisp sake with a surprisingly strong sweetness that goes well with fish.
It went better with fatty fish than light ones!
Taste of rice, pear, acid, astringency, alcohol, mellow melon when lukewarm.
Maybe it tastes better when it's a little cooler than it is when it's not so cold 😋.
