I love 🐈cats and the label is so cute I couldn't help but buy the jackets 😍🫶.
It seems to be a collaborative brand between Miyoshigiku from Tokushima prefecture and Kikumori Shuzo from Iwate prefecture. I don't know what the standard taste is 😅🍶I've never tasted Miyoshikiku before.
The impression in the mouth is sweet and refreshing like white wine, but by the time it passes down the throat, it has a unique floral and oaky flavor that I thought would appeal to different tastes. It is a very peculiar taste that I have never tasted before, and I am looking forward to the changes on the second day 😌.
Day 2
The quirkiness softened and it became lighter and very easy to drink😃.

It looks like it is attached with a transparent sticker so it is displayed as it is in the bottle 😊.

Today's first brand and first Tokushima sake
Miyoshigiku"!
It takes a lot of courage to bring someone with almost no prior information about the sake, but since it's a rarely seen Tokushima sake, I took the courage to bring him along 🤣.
I was curious and opened the bottle immediately 💡.
The aroma is... sweet and full of fragrance.
It smells like strawberries 🍓 like tropicals....................................even my stupid nose can smell it intensely 😊If anything it might be the best ever 😅.
Can't wait to taste it 😋.
The mouth is filled with a sour taste from as sweet as a hamburger master!
The aftertaste is also strawberry like... but more tropical 😅⁉️😅
It's like a combination of sweetness and sourness 😊.
A little too sweet, but better than de classique 🤣.
Best to finish it on the same day instead of letting it sit 😋.
Good morning, Mr. Baum 😃.
When we started sakewa we thought our first Tokushima sake would be Miyoshigiku! I thought it would be 🤔 but we buried it in another one and haven't tasted it yet 😅I'd like to take you there when we come across some interesting labels....
The name of the sake is a parody of the famous "Reconcile with God" sign, "Reconcile with the Cat". The picture is by Enka Kamegawa.
It is difficult to judge whether Miyoshikiku's cup sake has this flavor because it has been aged for more than a year, or whether it has always had this flavor. I've never tasted it so much, so I just have the image that they make sweet and sour fruity sake. ...... I'm not sure if it's the same for other sake than raw sake.
It has a high acidity and is very rose-like, floral, rose-like. It has a strong flavor and no sweetness.
This is the 631st one-cup, one-pack festival.
Sake that still makes a strong first impression.
Aroma is the same as the one on the right
Strong but not too assertive acidity
Seems to be pleasant when paired with southern Asian cuisine.
I'll be drinking at home over the holiday weekend 🍶.
My parents' garden seems to have grown a lot of sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit), and we received a large amount of them. They are small but full of juice.
I squeezed it into this sweet and sour sake. It's subtle, but it's good ^_^.
I bought fish cutlets and Naruto-kintoki at Kotsu Kaikan, a regular stop on my virtual trip home, and I'm all set. ❤️
I added the citrusy acid of sudachi to the nostalgic acidity and sweetness of miyoshikiku!
It's devilishly delicious!
Just my opinion! 😍😍
I couldn't reconcile this drink 😅, I thought maybe it would mellow out if I squeezed the nest and looked closer to see if it would increase the acidity 😂.
I'm interested though~.
Good evening, Ane-san. I'm not sure if I can reconcile with this 🤩Trial Sudachi shibori han- I don't know what to say. I'd rather go home to my parents than play alone like this😅.
This sake is made by the Miyoshikiku Sake Brewery in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture. It is brewed with out-of-equality Yamada-Nishiki rice, so it cannot claim to be a junmai sake. As expected, it is intensely sour. In the past, I would not have been able to drink it, but now I can enjoy this one. It was a prohibited sake for beginners.
I haven't had Miyoshikiku in a while. It's still in a reasonable price range without going up in price, and it's sweet and tasty. I would like to repeat it.
The aroma is sweet and mellow, like dried fruit.
The aroma is sweet and mellow, like dried fruits, mixed with rice, yogurt, and carrot-like field flavors.
When you drink it, it has a strong umami flavor, which is typical of low rice polishing ratio.
The bitter astringency gives it depth and a sense of astringency.
The acidity comes through with a crispness.
Taste: 3.5/5
☀️
It's the taste of rice and a little sweetness 🌾.
After the fruity feeling!
The astringent taste that squeezes in is juicy🫠.
It's an astringent taste like Antonio Inoki's Cobra Twist 🐍.
Good evening, Hiro 😃.
Bitter taste like Antonio Inoki's Cobra Twist 😰You must have been really squeezed 🤣🤣🤣 great analogy 👍I guess Masahiro Chono's STF won't work 🤔.
Good evening, ichiro18 😃.
When it comes to squeezing, it's pro wrestling! When it comes to wrestling, it's Inoki! When I say Inoki, I say Cobra Twist! 😆
I thought Mr. Chono's STF was more technical and different from Miyoshikiku. I imagined it on my own 🤣.
Miyoshikiku Walking on the Wild Side
Rice polishing ratio 60
