I wanted to try some Miyoshikiku, so I did some research and found out that the closest store to me seemed to be Kamasuya in Hachioji, so I visited there and bought some. I had other things to do, and I visited a liquor store I had never been to before, so it must have been a good experience. I'm sure it was a good experience.
I heard that Miyoshigiku is said to have a strong taste, but this one had a nice, mildly sour taste, probably because it had been cooked. It was a bit peculiar, though. The label is cute and unique.
It's a little scary, but I'd like to try a sharp one with a lot of peculiarities.
Hello, freelancer!
Thanks for the trip to the liquor store 😌I'm sure the new store will be a lot of fun 🤗I thought Tokushima would be filled with Miyoshigiku 🤔 but I've been drinking Naruto Tai and Yoshimizu and haven't tried Miyoshigiku yet 🥲.
Hello, Jay and Nobby!
Visiting a liquor store can be fun, but at first glance, the atmosphere in the store can often be very tense ^^;
I myself was in Tokushima first for Naruto Tai... I miscalculated that there were no liquor stores that stocked Miyoshigiku at all!
Sake temperature: about 10 degrees Celsius.
Very fruity aroma, like a combination of pear and peach, with a sweet aroma of condensed milk in the back.
The mouthfeel is thick and thick, and because it is a pure sake, it has a strong sweetness and acidity, but there is not a strong aftertaste.
The second bottle of Miyoshikiku from our trip to Tokushima!
This one is also delicious!
It's a cloudy sake, so when you put it in the glass, you can see a thin white cloud and a glimmer of oriki.
It might be good on the rocks, too!
Acidity sweetness thick and clear. I can see why it's called a fruity juice, but it's a proper alcoholic beverage. It has a punch, so it goes well with strong dishes.
The eccentricity of the bottle tends to get a lot of attention, but I thought it was a serious sake.
Like a nerd who is really strong in Kyokushin Karate?
Like a guy who acts like a delinquent but works hard cleaning up the neighborhood?
That's the kind of sake.

Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
Miyoshikiku-san produces a variety of unique sakes. Each label of Miyoshikiku's 🏷️ is elaborate and fun 😄.
I tried this sake 🤔 to see how it would taste.
Sweet and sour. More sour 😄.
I was talking about how Miyoshigiku is not to be outdone by Kansai's rich food. That's all I remember 😅 because I was starting to get drunk.
Overall 6 (out of 10)
After yesterday's first Shimane, we had our first Tokushima sake 😃.
According to the description.
The description says: "Fresh, lush, juicy sweetness, rich acidity and umami, as if you had a white grape on your cheek.
It has a very cohesive taste with juicy sweetness, rich acidity and umami, as if you had a white grape in your mouth".
For me personally, it has a slightly unpleasant taste 😋.
Strong acidity, astringency, and a bit of spiciness spread out as soon as you drink it.
It tastes like a rich white wine.
And some umami taste appears in the aftertaste.
I got such an impression!
It might be good with dishes that go well with white wine.
It was served chilled.
My impression of the aroma
-Aroma on the nose: Astringent aroma
-Aroma: Slightly astringent taste that passes through the nose.
Taste sensation
The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)
-Spiciness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste
-Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste
-Sourness: 5 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste
-Bitterness: 2 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste
-Astringency: 5 at the beginning → 4 lingering
-Rice flavor: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste
Mouthfeel I felt】→4
Smaller number = light and smooth
Bigger number = thicker and richer
(5 is the maximum)
The liquor store commented that it was for people who are not used to drinking sake, but the difficulty level is high 🤨The taste is like a difficult beauty. Japanese soup stock, raw vegetables, boiled pumpkin, etc. are NG😱The sautéed chicken with yuzu pepper flavor managed to ⭕️💦Gutsy challenge or they won't smile at you 🧐.
Hi shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃!
Congratulations on your first Tokushima sake 🎉㊗️
We also thought our first Tokushima was Miyoshigiku, but we haven't had it yet 🥲.
Second cup is my favorite "remnant.
Custardy aroma.
Rich sweet and sour flavor. Chilli acidity on the tongue. The balance of the sweet and sour tannins, which I also feel in white wine. You will want to enjoy it as a dessert sake!
I came to Akabane for a no-plan summer vacation.
I'll have a drink at lunchtime. ‼️
This place always has 48 kinds of Sake at 90ml per glass.
390yen➕tax. 1pm opening ‼️
It's 🌟subarassuii🌟a paradise for lunch only🏮🍶!
Oysters go great with sake 💕.
I'm planning to go if I can get a weekday off!
I'm really planning to go if I can get a weekday off and I'm really looking forward to it!
Miyoshikiku🌼The melt-in-your-mouth acid bitterness is killing me😍.
