It's been quite a while since I've had a Miyoshigiku, and I should have learned a long time ago that I should drink ...... cups of sake a little faster (smiles).
However, it's hard for me to evaluate the true taste when I do this, and I wonder where the thick flavor and slightly sour sweetness came from.
I see that it was made 3 years ago...old sake, right?
......Gaaaah! The tabs are tabs...!
This is the six hundred and seventeenth one-cup, one-pack festival.
The "wreckage" that makes you want to drink it regularly.
The taste is somewhat addictive. It is one of my favorite bottles that I stop by to buy...or rather, I stop by to buy!
When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell citrus fruits, tropical fruits, and yogurt-like acidity.
The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, but the sweet and sour flavor spreads immediately after!
The taste is round and smooth like a lactic acid drink, with acidity and sweetness like tropical fruits and western sweets.
However, it is not too heavy, and the acidity gives it a sense of balance that makes it fade away quickly.
It is a delicious wine that reminds me of a sweet white wine that would go well with cheese ✨.
I can't get enough of this taste 🔪🩸.
The depth of this wine is like a swamp, with differences from season to season!
7/10
Walk on the Wild Side, an isogai rice series by Miyoshikiku. I wonder if it is based on Lou Reed's song.
The label is as elaborate and cool as ever.
The taste was sour and complex, typical of Omachi. Delicious.
- Finally got the "Reconcile with the Cat" I was looking for: ✌️ It starts with a sweet fruity aroma, then the acidity comes to the fore in the mouth, followed by some sweetness and a slight astringency that is delicious: ‼️
Finally, work is over!
It's been a while since I went to stock up on booze, but Gen? Hemtai? I found Miyoshigiku for the gentry 🤩✌️
I was attracted by the super dry taste, so I bought it!
I was attracted by the super dry and umami flavor!
I think I read something like that on the pop-up!
I tried it and found it to be sour and not sweet pineapple!
It tastes better at room temperature than cold 🎶.
It's sour and tasty, and goes well with the pickled bamboo shoots...
Is this a Japanese sake like Shaoxing sake?
It has a very clean aftertaste, so it's hard to believe it's 20% alcohol 😂.
I put ice in the middle because it was dangerous lol.
But it tastes better at room temperature without ice, so if you're a heavy drinker, please drink it that way 🙏🍶🙏🍶.
By the way, I recently went to my favorite Chinese pub,
I always order a bottle and drink it all 💓.
Also, 7-Eleven convenience store menma is by far the best 👍👍👍👍.
Walk on the Wild Side of Miyoshikiku!
This is my first time drinking the Wild Side series.
The top aroma is softly sweet with a full-bodied flavor.
The palate has a light sweet flavor of Omachi.
It is not a pure sake, but a 14% sake, so I guess it is a summer sake 🤔.
For a sake that is supposed to be a walk on the wild side, it was a normal tasty sake 🍶✨️
Tokushima Prefecture
Make peace with the cat! Sacred Sake Unfiltered Nama-shu
Alcohol 16%.
It is like a white wine with a little sourness.
It is refreshingly sweet.
Almost no aroma.
It has an alcoholic taste and you will not get tired of drinking it.
The 🟥3rd drink I've ever had, never tasted anything like it, it was interesting...

Miyoshikiku is a sake that transcends the aroma and taste of sake! This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized junmai ginjo sake brewed with up to 60% Yamada-Nishiki polished and bottled as it is pressed.
The word "white grape" on the label says it all. The aroma from the glass is reminiscent of yogurt and white wine, with a lactic acid aroma and fresh fruits such as pears. In the mouth, the wine has a fresh and rich acidity, as if you were eating juicy white grapes, and although the alcohol content is 13%, it leaves a rich aftertaste with a strong flavor. It is a perfect match for Western and Italian cuisine.
