It is moderately fruity and good.
After that, it becomes dry and sharp.
It goes well with sweet and spicy soy sauce.
It also goes well with cheese.
It is delicious.
It has been a long time since I have had a sake from Niigata! Comparing the first and third days after opening the bottle, the piquancy has decreased, but the sweetness and riceiness have increased to achieve a good balance. Compared to Tenbi, a famous sake in this series, it has a more mature aftertaste than Tenbi. It is a Niigata sake, but the rice and koji are both produced in Okayama. (I prefer local production for local consumption.)
It is a clear sake with a pleasant, subtle peachy aroma and a pleasant sense of fermentation-derived gas.
A little steamed rock oysters as a side dish.
Purchased when Nemuchi and I stopped by Niigata after the Tenma Taisakekai.
It is rare to find Omachi in Niigata.
According to the store's pop-up, it has a Sake Degree of -11.
The top aroma is a little pineapple. The sweet acidity and gassiness are impressive. Unique fruity flavor like plum. As it says on the back, there is a bit of astringency at the end. It made me want to drink more Chiyonomitsu.
I think it is a unique Omachi sake and Niigata sake 🤔.
On the third day, the freshly opened peculiarity is lessened, but the acidity seems to be more assertive.
The more time goes by, the more Omachi it becomes.
Good evening, Nemuchi 😃.
It was tasty but more assertive in its peculiarities than its omachi-like flavor 🤣I think this might be available at a liquor store in Nozaki 🤔.
Chiyonomitsu Special Junmai
Sake limited to Nagashima-san, which we had the pleasure to visit this time.
It has melon🍈, strawberry🍓, lychee, sweet banana🍌, and finally caramel bitterness.
caramel bittersweetness at the end!
Nigiri🦐 shrimp🍣 and 🙆♂️
Shinshin SY, I like the name but can't remember the taste. I was sloshed again this day. I've been having a lot of these lately, and it's not good. Let's enjoy drinking at the end of the month.
Bessan, we both have trouble remembering things when we drink too much, I know, I know. Let's use sakéwa as a reminder of what we drank even if we forget what it tasted like. Let's celebrate with a drink at the "Noe" restaurant 🥂.
