Niigata Joetsu Myoko sake. This is the last.
Assemblage (making your own sake) at Chiyonomikari Sake Brewery where we went on a sake brewery tour.
Which sake from G1-4, K1-4, and each blended sake do you like best? We finally narrowed it down to one, and then changed the blend again to find the one we liked best.
I had a hard time deciding, but I chose G4.
According to the chairman who attended to us, "Most people get lost, but there are people who decide the moment they drink it! There are some people who decide the moment they take a sip. Such people usually choose the G4. It has a slightly unique taste."
Actually, the 4 is this Tempuku base.
And it seems that there are not many of these in circulation.
So I wanted to buy some and went home.
When I drank the unblended Tenpuku, I found that it had a certain flavor. It is sweet, but not too sweet.
I don't feel any sourness.
The taste lingers on the tongue, but it is smooth.
I can't describe it well, but I sure like it. I can tell I chose it.
Today, with oden.
