At the end of the year, we had Yakiniku🥩 & Sake🍶 to close out the year's sake activities. Here is the post from that time 🫡.
The color is light cloudy and dark white🤍.
But no rice grains🌾.
Fruity and drinkable, perfect with meat🥩✨.
Nice, aichu👍.
I had been curious about this one for a while. I decided today was the day to buy it.
I took a sip and was surprised to find that the taste was modest but had a core flavor. I felt this was similar to the shock I felt when I drank a junmai sake from Aizu Musume, and when I looked at the label, I saw that it was also from Fukushima. I was excited to see that it was the same sake from Fukushima. I look at the label and see that it says "Aizu," and I realize that I'm drinking a sake that I know is from Fukushima, and I'm depressed.
It's unfiltered, unfiltered sake, first pressing in the tank, the best specs I've ever had, so there's no reason it can't be good. I hope to meet him again.
It is Christmas Eve, but since it is a weekday, I cooked a simple meal and drank Aizu Chusho. I really wanted something sparkling.
The taste is delicious, with a refreshing muscat-like flavor and a good amount of sake-like character. It matched well with the Sekai no Yama-chan style chicken wings.
