The three events of the day were kilometers apart.
I was anxious to see what it would be.
Aizu Chusho, a brand I have never drank yet, in two cold storage rooms.
I have been to Aizu many times, but I had never had this one!
Nice aroma!
A little spicy hiyaoroshi

This Aizu Nakasyo Hiyoroshi is available only from special dealers.
The aroma is autumnal, with an image of pears and citrus fruits.
The taste is refreshingly sweet with just the right amount of acidity.
The acidity was just right, and the contrast was interesting, as I had had a more robust Hakkaisan just before.
All in all, a delicious sake.

There was Aizu Nakasyo, hiyaoroshi.
It's a little matured and delicious!
I mean, Aizu sake is good all the time, but this one is really tasty and tender!
Aizu Nakasyo's Nigori Sake 🍶.
It will be an alcoholic sake.
The top aroma smells slightly of sake.
The supernatant in the mouth is super strong 😵.
When mixed with ori, it mellows out but is still slightly dry with a hint of sakekasu flavor 🤔.
I guess this sake has been made for the local market for a long time, but I felt it was a different sake from the image I had of Aizu Chusho.
I guess not many people would understand if I say it has a rugged taste like the Sanko nigori sake I had a while ago 😅.
Thanks for the food ✨
Next is "Aizu Chusho.
It has an apple-like aroma and a smooth sweet and sour taste.
It was a pleasant taste with a crisp, moderate assertion of apple cider vinegar-like sweet and sour taste and a sharp, tangy aftertaste!
I didn't take a picture of what was inside, so instead, I took a picture of a little up-and-comer (?) as an accompaniment. as an accompaniment.
At a nearby bar.
As a sake party, we drank about 14 brands of sake!
The Aizu Nakasyo is spicy and has a strong alcoholic taste.
It has a bitter aftertaste, but it goes well with sashimi.
