Limited to summer, it has a light flavor that could easily be drunk in a 4-pack bottle. It is not dry by any means, but it is refreshing and never gets boring. Sake meter reading +1, acidity 1.5 (from the label).
Sake Katsudo in Kanazawa [Daigo] (4) Real time ver.
The 4th picture is this one, which is hard to drink in Fukui!
Aizu Nakasyo Junmai Ginjo Yume no Kou" (Aizu Nakasyo Junmai Ginjo Yume no Kou)
The aroma is rich and umami, the mouthfeel is refreshing, and the finish is clean and refreshing.
The lightness of the flavor is inversely proportional to the aroma.
Is everyone on Obon vacation right now?
I'm thinking, "What's that about Obon? Is it good? I am in a state of "wow!
I've been busy since last week-end 😂because I'm participating in a festival as a staff member, so I've been busy playing 😅.
The festival itself was held for 4 days from 9th to 12th, and I only participated as a staff for 2 days, 10th and 11th...☝️
After the festival was over, we decided to go out for a drink on the way back home 😄.
First of all, I would like to introduce Aizu Chusho. ☝️😄
There was a summer gin on tap, so I ordered it ✨.
It has a subtle sweetness and a refreshing finish...a delicious summer sake 😄.
The store we went to was selling beer and edamame in front of the store 😁 this is also a festival thing 😁.
Hi Kano 😃
Obon 🍶 is delicious 😆.
Fukushima and Nagano sake is delicious at the end of the festival 😊 combined with the sense of accomplishment ‼️ must be a sinking deliciousness 😊!
Hi Jay & Nobby 😄I'm jealous of your Bon vacation... 😂I've been on staff for years and I'm hoping that will change soon, but it's hard to find someone who will... I feel a sense of accomplishment or just glad it's all over 😁.
In July, his wife completed putting together a new house in Mukogaoka-Yuen. Went shopping in Mizoguchi by bus during Obon vacation. Took home a bottle of Aizu Nakamasa (Junmai) at the Marui Family liquor store. I'm looking forward to having a glass of wine with dinner today.
As soon as I returned to my wife's parents' house in Aizu, six hours from Tokyo, I opened a bottle of Nakasyo that was in the refrigerator!
As is typical for a summer sake, it quenches the thirst pleasantly.
This Junmai Ginjo is brewed with 55% Fukushima-produced Yumen no Kaori rice and Utsukushima Yume Yeast, and is a Junmai Ginjo that is made with the Fukushima Prefecture brand. It has a clean, refreshing aroma and a sharp, crisp, well-balanced taste.
Slight sweetness and alcohol aroma, a little dusty aging aroma?
The date of filling is 2025/03, but I don't know if it's because it's old or not well preserved ... . Maybe it tasted beautiful when it was freshly made.
It is regrettable .... 😔
Watanabe Sota Hanpukai no Sake.
The supernatant has a mellow, fruity sweetness and a nice, crisp bitterness that comes at the same time.
When mixed with ori, the flavor becomes stronger and the bitterness increases.
It also has a tangy taste.
Production date: January 2024
Sealing date: January 21, 2024
Sake in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture
Summery jackets
