After work, I bought a bottle of Aizu Chusho.
I hadn't had it in years, since I requested it when I was in Fukushima Prefecture.
This is my first hiyaoroshi, but it's not blurred!
It's good, it makes sense.
It's not for those who want something fruity, but for those who understand sake, Aizu Nakasyo will be a hit.
The second bottle is Aizu Nakasyo.
It's my first time drinking it, but it's a sweet, mild, and my favorite food sake, typical of Fukushima sake. 🙆♂️
This sake is also easy to drink 🍶.
It is hiyaoroshi of Aizu Nakasyo 🍶.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a slight acidity.
When I drank the Tokujun before, it was quite sharp and sharp, but this one is mellow.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
Aizu Nakasho is served with octopus sashimi. The light, cool aroma and firm acidity of the sake keeps the chopsticks going. It was a sake that could be enjoyed while eating.
Refreshing sake-like aroma.
Grapefruit nuance.
The texture is clean and refreshing, with a calm rice flavor.
The flavor of grains is slightly mellow.
Light and tasty, with a slim but core flavor.
It is deliciously spicy.
The shallow vinegared finish on the small surface of the rice is very tasty.
Masurao
Degree of liking ☆3/5
Launching after a hard meeting (2)
This is the second bottle recommended by the restaurant.
It is not spectacular, but it has a delicious banana-like fruitiness and umami along with a clean dry taste.
