Camp Liquor (2) 🏕️
After drinking Yoshino River,
Edamame Garlic,
Chicken skin ponzu salad,
salmon and mushroom rice,
and beer 🍺.
After 5 bottles of beer,
I've been really into Aizu Chusho since last year 😆.
Yes, it's delicious with great flavor ‼️
Hiyaoroshi's unique dryness goes well with camping. ❤️
I don't have a picture of it, but I paired it with some grilled swordfish over a campfire and it's great 😆 The unique smokiness of the bonfire matches the karei of hiyaoroshi 💪.
On the way home, we finished the camp with tsukemen at Katsuryu, a tsukemen restaurant that has several branches in Ibaraki Prefecture 🍜.
Last year I was so busy with work that I almost didn't get to camp, so I hope to do a little more this year 😆.
