From Shirataka, I went shopping at Nihon Zakari and took a light walk from Hamada Onsen in Koshien to Ozeki (...).
Nada is the only place with so many sake breweries
Lots of hot springs too!
There are so many more that one day is not enough at all!
We couldn't taste the sake because we arrived too late, but we bought a barrel of sake.
It is quite light but has a strong barrel aroma!
It is a very light sake with a strong aroma from the barrels.
It is best heated to deepen its richness!
I had been drinking Awamori, Shochu and Whiskey when it was too cold, so I had a trip to Misogi (purification)!
I will buy sake from now on!
Good evening, Shinjou-san 😃.
Nada Gogo, there are so many sake breweries, it's amazing 🍶.
I'm relatively close to there, but I haven't been able to visit them, which is a shame 😌.
I also cheat on shochu and whiskey sometimes, so I guess I need to do misogi😅.
Good evening.
I don't go there that often, even though I live along the Hanshin line.
If it's too close, it's not so valuable.
I recommend a trip to Misogi.
It's not just an excuse to drink... but it calms me down.
Shinjo-san Hello ☀
Hamada Onsen, it's like an old fashioned town bathhouse, but very popular 🤔.
I sometimes pass by Nihonmori, but I've never been in there 😅.
Hi...
This place is crowded, isn't it?
The smell of sulfur, which is rare around here, makes me want to go even though I don't like crowded places.
The Japanese sake is too dry for my taste.
It seems to be mainly a restaurant, so the selection of food is not so good.
New packaged sake.
This time it was Ozeki, a well-known cup sake.
First, at room temperature. Yes, it tastes like a cup sake. It's light and dry, but a little sweeter than a cup of sake.
Next, we warmed it up. Hot sake goes well with hot sake.
This time of year, I really want to drink hot sake.
wrestler of second highest rank
Sweet. With a cheese-like aroma. Not too sweet, but not too strong. Light for a sake at 13 degrees, but it is easy to drink and very smooth.
Participated in Nada Gogo Kura-opening on 1/25 from 11:00 to 16:00 at Koshien-mae. A good time to talk with the brewery staff just before the end of the event.
The brewery is famous for "One Cup Ozeki" sake. The brewery is huge. Is it a brewery or a factory?
Nada Gogo Brewery Opening
It seems to be an organic sake with some kind of strict standards.
I'm a fool, so I don't know what it is, but I drank it anyway!
When heated, it has a very deep and rich grain-derived flavor.
When cooled, it was smooth and refreshing!
Basically, it's not a very expensive Ozeki, but it's okay.
If you prefer, I would hesitate to drink the dry Tamba...
I went to Yamaya, which I don't usually go to, and bought it because it looked rare to find it there.
(In the case of Sake-no-wa, it is called the Minoh Senba store, but the name was changed to the Minoh Senba Osaka-dai-mae store when the Hokkyu station opened.
The top aroma is very fruity.
When you drink it, you get the impression that it is refreshing, slightly sweet, and deliciously spicy.
Is it perhaps a one-tank Ozeki sake version?
Good evening bouken!
Is this another Fatman's limited edition 🤔.
I have to go to the Dogenzaka store, the other Fatman's stores have a very poor selection of sake and I haven't seen any Kinpak 😅.
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo.
I don't see it anywhere else and it's most likely limited to Ya-Ya 🤔.
I think they have a better selection of sake in the Kanto area, but the selection outside of Dogenzaka is not so good 😥.
I stopped by my neighborhood Yaoya on my way home from work and found this on the shelf 😊.
They had it at Naeka-ya and Fushiman after the New Year's holiday stock changes.
Good evening, Mr. Sakeran😁.
I don't know the details, but it seems that Wankan uses Ozeki's own aromatic yeast, so even if the contents here are not identical, there is a possibility that the yeast is the same 🤔.
I got the impression that it's more about the aroma than the taste 🤔.
Well, it depends on the individual, so it might not be that different from a common daiginjo 😅.
The label looks so similar to Kiku-Masamune's Shiboritate Nama-Shu that you'd think it was a pastiche of Kiku-Masamune's Shiboritate Nama-Shu: ......
The taste is very sweet and I know they are trying to make it taste like fresh sake, but there is no depth to it 🙄.
☆
And I also opened the package last year.
We have been drinking it little by little.
Tokusen Junmai-shu (33 years old) was also opened last year. (aged for 33 years)
I'm enjoying it with Osechi dishes.
We are having a luxurious New Year's celebration.

Geno & Nobby.
Happy New Year 🎍.
It's a local dish and we really only eat it at New Year's.
We look forward to it every year 🤭.
If you can share this chemistry with us
We would love for you to feel it 💖.
Ozeki Kamisen Kin Kanna
First, cold sake.
Not as cold as it used to be, but still a popular sake.
Try heating it up.
The rice flavor, sweetness, and acidity spread richly and strongly.
Sake Brewery Walking Tour 12
Today, Kaorin and I started our last sake brewery walking tour of the year in the nearby Nada Gogo area in the morning.
After taking the Hankyu and Hanshin trains, our first stop was the Ozeki Sake Brewery in Imazu 😀.
We were served a limited edition of Shiboritate Daiginjo-nama-genshu and Junmai-nama-genshu from Sekijuan 😇.
The 19° Nama-Nama sake was a big hit in the morning 🤣.
