Hiraizumi Marufei
Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo Betsuatsurae
We've been waiting for it!
Marutobi's new sake!
I heard they are using Momota for Daiginjo again this year.
When I drank it, I found
As advertised, it has the bitterness of Greffles and the sweetness of Japanese mandarin oranges, just as it should be!
The taste is exactly as it says, with the bitterness of grefr and the sweetness of Japanese mandarin oranges!
Unlike the yellow-green labeled Maruhi
the sourness and sweetness are not so clear.
But I love this sense of juice!
I bought some for storage.
