The 16th kind 👀 of my business trip to Niigata.
Yukio🍶 made by Aoki Shuzo, a well-known sake brewer of Tsururei.
It's a light, dry and easy to drink sake. ❣️
The Hyakusomaru I drank before drinking seems to be working (^^)
It's still good‼️
I'm fine today👌
This is the second bottle of the 12-bottle set for Father's Day gift.
I have had Tsururei from Aoki Shuzo before, but this is my first time to try Yukio 😄🍶.
It is a light, dry and refreshing sake, like Niigata sake, that goes well with everything 😄🍶🍶It is light and dry, but it also has a hint of sweetness, giving it a deep flavorful sake feeling.
Today I enjoyed a cold shabu shabu with agu pork and yellowfin tuna sashimi for dinner, and the best match was the yellowfin tuna sashimi 😄🍶.
Due to last summer's record-breaking heat wave, the yield of "Koshitanrei" rice was increased due to its small grain size and ungraded quality.
Yukio SAKE YELL is a regular sake with Junmai Daiginjo-style standard, made from all the ungraded Koshitanrei rice, which cannot claim a specific name, and polished to 50% Koshitanrei.
It has been on sale since R2BY. The label used to have a Yukio logo with a "flag" to show support, but this time it is a Yukio label with an "ear of rice" because the rice is out of the specified category.
It is clean, tasty, and complex.
