First day of silver wedding trip
We took a 3-day/2-night trip on May 6-8 to Matsue, Izumo, and the San-in region of Japan. ❗️
First, we took the Shinkansen to Shinsenkou!
Of course we had to have a toast 🥂!
It's still past 7:30 in the morning though 😆.

Taking a sip, you will notice a limey fresh acidity and a crisp flavor. When paired with the marinated bonito and olive oil, the aroma of the olives and the pleasant taste make for a great snack. With its lightness and 13% alcohol content, it is a perfect accompaniment to a meal.

Made with local sake rice, this sake is watered down to make it less fresh but still easy to drink. 13 refers to the alcohol content of 13 degrees. It is loved by a wide range of people, from beginners to advanced drinkers.
The clear crispness from the rice polishing ratio, the rich acidity from the sake's natural yeast, and the rich umami are in good harmony. I would like to try heating it up to around 47℃.

This sake is a blend of new sake and 2 year old sake, and offers the unique taste of lactic acidic old sake.
