It was lurking in a corner of the refrigerator 😄.
I say "fruity" easily, but Shinanotsuru's fruity taste is one of a kind. I can understand why everyone is infected with the soft fruity sweetness. It is also very cost-effective, especially for a bottle.
Now our stock of Shinanotsuru is gone 🥲.
I must go on another expedition 😆.

Pineapple-like aroma. Refreshingly dry in the mouth. When swallowed, it is tightened by acidity. Very tasty.
We are exploring izakaya (Japanese style pubs) in front of Matsumoto station. However, the expenses are too much, so we are moderate.
A standing bar attached to Hiraide Sake Shop. The bar is always full of customers, but today it was open for lunch and was empty, so we went in for the first time. The interior is retro and very small. The prices are quite reasonable. You can warm up your own sake on the stove. Nice place.
