It was purchased in Nagano Prefecture at a liquor store owned by Ryuta Mine's parents and served at a campsite in Shimojo Village.
It has a nice flavor and sweet taste with a slightly sour aftertaste.
It is an easy-drinking sake and I finished 300ml in no time.
I regretted a little that I should have bought a 4-ounce bottle.

GW's Tohoku Tour Purchases (6)
I found & captured a bottle of Shinanotsuru Stubborn in Yamagata Prefecture, which I have been wanting to drink for a long time 🫡I will drink it in Nagano Prefecture😇 where I am currently on a business trip.
I'm graduating from being a Stubborn Tutaku child ✌🎓✨🌸
For more information, please refer to Manachie's recent review😘.
You're right, it's seriously delicious 🥰4 bottles gone in no time 😭.
I couldn't find any Gantaku at my local supermarket 😭 but they had a lot of Tazatsu, so I'll try Tazatsu next time 🥳.
Good evening, Maecin-san!
Shinano cranes are not so common according to people in Tokyo, but for some reason they are common in Tohoku 😊(of course it depends on the region even in Tohoku).
We should definitely form a crane chew alliance 😘.
It's delicious.
Flavors of green apple, muscat, and strawberry jam.
Smooth and smooth texture.
A touch of bitterness.
Fresh and crisp sweetness.
The flavor comes in a sizzle,
Sharp acidity tightens the sweetness.
The aftertaste is a feeling of disappearing at the back of the tongue.
Good (P.S.) Umaa!
Ueno Uoso
It is a sake sold only in Nagano 🍶.
Fresh aroma like melon 🍈.
Full and slightly sweet 😋.
Sourness and bitterness can be felt from the latter half, with a refreshing aftertaste 🎵.
Smooth and easy to drink ✨.
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai - 3rd bottle
Miyamanishiki
The label seems to be that of a commercial product
Rich and umami-guchi
It has a strong sweetness and a spiciness.
The alcohol content is high or it gets drunk quickly.
Pineapple aroma
Sweetness comes first, followed by sourness and bitterness.
When warmed to lukewarm, the sweetness and bitterness become more pronounced.
When slightly cooled, the acidity is emphasized and the bitterness is reduced.
Preferably warmed to human body temperature.
Tsuru chu😘🐤.
I always drink a set of doves and cranes these days 😘.
I think the aroma is milder than usual.
It is muscat-like, but there is almost no aroma.
It has a pear-like sweetness and a juicy, fresh flavor. It has a light bitterness and is easy to finish.
Good as always. ❤️
I drink a lot of Nagano sake, but I personally think Gantaku is especially good 😋.
The refreshing flavor seems to go well with meat dishes in general .
I tried to match it with various meat dishes since it is a bottle of sake.
Tonteki🙆🙆
Beef steak🙆🙆
Chicken liver simmered in sweet and spicy sauce🙆🙆
Striped chicken with spicy miso🙆🙆
Spam🙆
Juicy and fresh like pear matches meat‼️
I feel the bitterness is too strong when it's paired with sweeter drinks, but otherwise it's an all-around good all-around drink 🍶.
I often buy Tsuru-chu at the liquor store and it runs out pretty quickly, but I wonder if they are multiplying 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. Manachie 🌃😀
I got it in Yamagata prefecture during the consecutive holidays👍I'm about to graduate from Tsuru-Chu virginity ☺️
I went on a business trip to Nagano Prefecture after the holidays and left the cranes I bought at home 😭 but I guess I can get them locally🤣.
Good evening, Manachie 😃.
Mr. Stubborn table with Choo Choo TRAIN‼️ everyone raves about you from Dove-chan🐦 to Crane-chan🐤! I'd love to drink some fresh choo choo 🍺.
Yann, good morning‼️Tsuruchu, is it proliferating even in sakewa😮⁉️I think Nagano sake has been booming since last year to begin with 😆.
This one lasted 3 days‼️
T.KISO, good morning. ‼️ Stubborn table is definitely good 😋I think there are quite a few stubborn table fans because only stubborn table sells out fast 🙌
Good morning, Manachy 😃.
Tsuru chu💋's stubborn table is delicious 😋The standard liquor is delicious no matter what you drink 🤤‼️ because it tastes so good and it's as good as the meat 🤣.
Shinanotsuru
The first bottle for May in the Shinshu Secret Hanpukai is Shinanotsuru. The label is stubborn, but it is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo.
Shinanotsuru, which is originally from Inadani, a major production area of Miyamanishiki and specializes in Miyamanishiki, brewed this wine while keeping the rice used secret. It has a light flavor with a smooth lingering aftertaste. This is the first time I have tasted this sake, and I enjoyed its elegant and gentle taste, which is typical of Shinshu sake!
Fruity ginjo aroma. Sweet and fruity, balance of bitterness and acidity, pineapple. The taste is dry and crisp. The taste is satisfying even when drunk on its own, and the dryness seems to go well with oily food. It gives the impression of a sake from the Tohoku region. Delicious!
Grayish transparent, with aromas of yogurt, cooked rice, honeysuckle, pear, and lime. The attack is rather strong, with a firm acidity, moderate sweetness and a rather long finish.
◎This sake is from Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture. This is my first Shinanotsuru and it is quite fruity. The price is overpriced at 490 yen for a half-gouge at the store! Tasatsuki is read as Denko.
I enjoyed the Gantaku I drank before, so now I'm going to try Nadazou. A pleasant ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is very clear and refreshing. Yet it has a deep flavor. It is an elegant and delicious sake.
