(ˊャろしく* و🍶🍶🍶🍶
The other day, when I went to Kofu for a meeting, I bought a bottle of Shinanotsuru at Nagano station on my train 🚃 connection 😋.
It's a cup of sake but the aroma is fruity😊.
Gentle and mild on the palate😍slight sweetness and umami, overall light and easy to drink 😚👍.
Unlike the usual Shinanotsuru, this is a delicious cup that is light 🤔 and gobbled up 🥳.
I used my paid day off to play golf ⛳️ today, but the results were disappointing 😩.
But that's okay...there's a liquor store nearby 🆗.
After returning home, I started with a beer and a glass of Stubborn Table.
I don't look back on what's done, but soak in the taste of Gankutaku.
This time it's unfiltered raw sake, so it feels darker, sweeter and juicier than the hi-iri sake I had before.
I'm glad I made a good purchase 👌
Good evening, Mr. Bousuke 😃.
I see you took a paid day off to go to the liquor store 😁.
I heard that Gantaku is better raw 😙I'd like to try it 😋.
Good thing I got a good workout ⛳️ 😆
Good morning Jay & Nobby 😃.
I used my paid holiday to stock up😅.
Stubborn table raw is delicious 😋I'm up from my previous impression: ⤴︎
I'm a little sore today 😓.

sake that is served with a glass of wine or other alcoholic beverage
It's not that sweet, but it's a regular tasty one.
Since it's an appetizer, you can finish it in one sip!
Shinanotsuru" opened last time, I had decided to drink the next sake to compare as well, well, I'll give you a taste.
Shinanotsuru Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai Gold Course
This sake is the Secret frame of the sake I bought on my trip to Shinshu ✨.
At first glance, it looks just like the "Gantaku" we opened last time, but it's actually a "Hanpukai Limited Edition".
The label is on the regular "Gakutaku" label, but the contents are an assemblage of a fire-aged Junmai Ginjo and a Junmai Daiginjo!
You can tell the difference by the "G" on the lid of the fourth collage photo, which is the "G" for "Hanpukai Gold Course.
[Gugumi-nomi]
The aroma of rice with a fruity apple-like flavor that is typical of Shinshu sake, a sweet atmosphere and deep lingering aftertaste from the robust umami of the first sip, and a lingering bitterness at the end.
The lingering aftertaste is quite long with a trip time of 53 seconds, a new record!
[Mokkiri]
The aroma of rice is typical of Shinshu sake, and just like the gulping sake, the mouthfeel is firm and sweet, with a long and pleasantly intoxicating aftertaste.
It is characterized by a pleasant lingering aftertaste that can be felt with each sip, and its even stronger flavor and lingering aftertaste than regular "Gantaku" can be drunk as a bedtime sake with light appetizers.
Smoked horse sashimi and Hida beef jerky from Shinshu
P.S. I found and bought this one at Jizhuya Miyajima.
They seemed to have a few spare bottles, and the remaining ones were quietly lined up in the store 😁.
But this lingering taste is pleasant!
[I'd like to try the Junmai Daiginjo "Nadazou" sometime ✨.
Good evening, Mr. Jaive.
How mysterious? That's a very different label 😁✨✨.
But there is a solid difference in taste and the skill in brewing for it is also amazing 🎵
I am more and more interested in Nagano sake 😊.
Good evening, Gyve 😃.
I see that the secret frame is here!
The exclusive label didn't arrive in time and is the same as the regular one, the lid is slightly different, the assemblage of Jungin and Jun Daigin... I'm about to faint from the stimulation of my maniacal buttons 😁.
Hi ma-ki, I was surprised to find a small cellar separate from the regular cellar.
I was surprised when I found a small cellar that was different from the regular cellar and saw that it was selling a limited edition.
[I was surprised to find that they were selling [junmai daiginjo] ἲ.
Hi Aladdin ☀☀☀☀.
I opened the Secret frame before I forgot 😁.
At first I thought it was a fire-brewed "Gantaku" and when I took it out of the cellar, I was surprised when the waiter revealed the story 😲 "Jizakeya Miyajima", it was a drunken store!
Hello @Mizuhashi-san!
I'm steadily opening Shinshu sake 😁.
I'm planning to open a brand I haven't opened yet next, but I'm wondering if I should change the order because I'm not feeling well✨.
Hi Pon, ☀☀☀☀.
You didn't give me the ratio, but I think [Junmai Daiginjo] might have a higher volume 😁.
That might have made a noticeable difference from the raw sake [Gantaku] you opened before ✨ especially in terms of the length of the aftertaste 🤩.
The third cup is Shinanotsuru. Traditional label. I thought I had had it before, but I drank it in August at this restaurant. Tasumi" is the nickname and haiku name of the founder. The brewery is located in Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture, and is said to be dedicated to producing only junmai ginjo. It has a dry taste. The aroma is delicious.
Let's open a bottle of wine tonight as well 😁.
Shinanotsuru Junmai Ginjo Kakutaku Nama Sake
We were lucky enough to find the last bottle of the "Gakutaku" that Takeshon had praised so highly on a recent trip to Shinshu, and we found it at Nakajima Sake Shop in Matsumoto City ✨.
[The gulp.]
Mellow apple-like aroma, mellow flavor and apple-like sweetness on the palate and nose, then a sharp finish with a deep aftertaste and a lingering bitterness that lingers in the throat.
[Mokkiri.]
A clean apple-like aroma, juicy flavor, sweetness, and an apple-like aroma on the palate, followed by a sharp, pleasant aftertaste, and a bitter taste that lingers in the throat at the end.
Both are characterized by a deep lingering aftertaste from the umami sweetness and aroma reminiscent of apples, which is typical of Shinshu sake, and no~ this is delicious 😋.
This is one that I will actively seek out when I visit Nagano 🧐.
The entrées are the seasonal "bonito tataki" and the "seared shime saba" which I've been really into lately!
The origin of the name "Stubborn" comes from the fact that the second president [Takuji Kitahara] was famous for his stubbornness and was called "Stubborn Takuji", meaning "Stubborn Takuji", which seems to have nothing to do with "Mushyagandamu" 🤔.
The next one I'm going to open will be linked to this "stubborn table", so stay tuned 🥰.
Hi Gyve 😃
I've had the fire-brewed Stubborn, but not yet the draft that you say is so good 🥲You're on to the last bottle 👍and it looks delicious 😋.
I'm not sure if you've ever seen this before 🤔.
No way jan-table 🀄️...
Hi Jive-san, hello.
I don't get to drink Nagano sake very often, so every time I see it, it looks so good that I sigh ✨.
I would love to try the juicy delicious sweetness 😁✨✨.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
We found you at the first liquor store we stopped at on our itinerary, so we're off to a good start 😁.
Finally bought a sparring table 🀄️ not for you, but enjoy ✨.
Hi ma-ki-san!
I'm hooked on Shinshu sake and plan to sign up for next season's hanpukai 😁.
Actually, I have a lot of Shinshu sake in stock, so the other day at Kitahama Hakkesho, I bought another sake I was looking for instead of buying "Akanesasu"💦.
Hi Jive 🐦.
Your highly rated sake looks delicious after all ✨you were lucky to come across it on your trip 😉I'll be actively looking for it too when I go to Shinshu 😊I'm also looking forward to the linked sake 🎶.
Good evening, Pon-chan!
It was ranked high in the list of Shinshu sake that I would like to try, so I actively searched for it and successfully got it 😁.
I'm sure you might be wondering what it is if you just look at the picture ✨. I think you might think ✨
Good evening, takeshon 🌛.
I thought it had a rather characteristic bitterness, but this year it was stronger 😲.
I would like to get it regularly so that I can compare every year 😁.
I wanted to drink Hiyadoroshi, so I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten.
720ml 📌 ¥1,534
It was a party at a local festival where my eldest daughter and her husband came to visit us.
Here is the rice!
The aroma is fruity💕.
The color is golden.
Is it dry to drink? Slightly? But with a lingering aftertaste? With the umami of the rice? The balance is really good💕
Is it the hiya oroshi?
Today's pairing is Kyoto style Oden 🍢😊how could it not go together😊?
I'd like to have enough energy left to play with my grandchildren, but I'm going to have to drink 😅.
I'm off to see the food stalls with the grandkids😊.
I went on a trip to Nagano! I bought this sake at that time.
It is refreshing and slightly sweet.
The taste is light, easy to drink, and delicious!
It is good as a food sake!

Sake Brewer Choseisha Shinanotsuru Junmai Ginjo 60 Denkou, unfiltered unpasteurized sake, served cold.
It has an elegant aroma and a slightly sweet, fruity taste typical of Shinanotsuru.
Today is the fifteenth night of the year
There are no dumplings or silver grass, but there is sake
A year old Shinanotsuru sake
Even though it is raw sake, it did not fall apart at all.
Capsicum aroma when the bottle is opened
Sweet and sour pineapple
As the day goes by, it becomes like melon.
The rich sweet flavor is typical of Shinanotsuru.
Raise the temperature and it shows its full potential.
It's like licking honey.
