I couldn't tell the difference in aroma. Nice aroma 😊The taste impression is different. I didn't know it was this smooth. I was surprised. Also, the bitterness is so-so. The drinkability is the same. It is perfect while eating.

This one seems to be a stubborn table made for Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai👍.
It still tastes great even when fire-roasted 😋, and it's still a valuable regular sake that goes well with meat too!
The label is stubborn, but the contents are hanpukai sake.
Mellow, sweet aroma, mild and moist in mouthfeel 👄.
The flavor is more intense than the regular Gantaku, with a bitterness that is easy to understand. I think this one is a little more delicate.
I would limit myself to one or the other because side-drinking is not good for me 😗.
The ginjo aroma is great even though it is 60%.
Not a fruity aroma, but a sweet aroma of rice.
The taste is strong and lingers for a long time.
It seems to go well with grilled fish.
