It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma like melon🍈, a soft sweet flavor, and a refreshing finish with a bitter bitterness like the white part 🍊 of citrus fruits, with a moderate residual sugar and a delicious ginjo aroma that leaves the nose. Might go well with soaked fish with mitsuba ☘️ or white fish such as barracuda 🐟 with a hint of sansho.

Shinanotsuru Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Hatsu Shibori Rice: Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. Shinanotsuru Hatsushiborisu was served on Saturday! The first mouthfeel is soft and fruity. The first mouthfeel is soft and fruity, followed by chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri! It is wildly energetic 😃. Saturday is a day trip to Bessho Onsen hot spring from 10:00am ♨️ for a whopping 500 yen. Lunch was at Kusabue, and we didn't have to wait in line because of the cold weather 😄.

Purchased in Saku City It was the store's #1 recommendation ✨ The price was cheap and I didn't hesitate to buy it by the bottle! I didn't know about it at all. It is somewhat similar to Tasake? It's good 😋. No. 1 for sure 👍
