I met this Iwate sake at my favorite restaurant.
Of the many varieties available, I like the "Yunokou" the best.
Its gentle aroma spreads in the mouth and its sweetness is elegant.
A local sake from Kamaishi obtained at a certain festival.
It has a nice daiginjo aroma and a slightly spicy taste, but it is gentle on the palate. It is characterized by the sweetness of the rice that can be felt from the very first sip, and the refreshing aftertaste, and should be paired with Sanriku local seafood as a mealtime sake.

Delicious Hamachidori with Sashimi
We had it with 🥒🧂, spinach and enokitake mushrooms because we were full 😋.
As expected in the season of year-end parties: ‼️
The stores were so crowded and the ones I knew were temporarily closed everywhere, so I walked around🐈⸒⸒⸒⸒🐾🐾
Tired of walking around, we took a break at a restaurant we passed by.
Although there were not many kinds of Sake, they arranged some Tsumami for us even if they were not on the menu.
Sweet and spicy fried cockerel 🐔.
The kotteri taste makes Hamachidori even spicier ( °◊° )ho

Good morning, Eririn.
That is Hamachidori, a famous sake from Kamaishi. We had an office in Miyako city until a few years ago and used to drink it when we went there.
Have a good New Year 🎍.
Duke Shibusawa-san konbanhaha (o´ω`o)no~~
I drank eagle tail at the last restaurant so I went to Hamachidori 😊.
I'll study up so that I can teach you about good restaurants when I can come back on business again 😉.
Have a great New Year 🐲.
Kab-san konban-ha(o´ω`o)no~~!
The "Hiyoroshi" I drank before was also delicious 😋.
I hope next year I will be able to expand my activities and meet new people 🌟🍶🙏.
Have a great new year 🐲.
It's going to be a damp night tonight.... We are finally standing at the entrance of winter. ⛄️
Dinner at our house is Kiritanpo nabe, a specialty of Akita. Unfortunately, we can't drink Akita sake if that's the case.
We had a bottle of #Hama Chidori Special Junmai Unfiltered Fire-brewed Sake from Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture in Tohoku. It's been a while since I've had a sake from Iwate Prefecture.
The rice used was changed from Miyamanishiki to "Ginginga" from Iwate Prefecture.
This sake is one of my favorite umami-guchi sake released every fall. It can be enjoyed cold or warmed up. It can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures.
It can be served with a wide range of dishes, including nabe, sashimi, and meat dishes 😊.
Hamachidori Yamahai Junmai Limited Edition Gin Ginga at Yoshiike...
It is delicious even when served chilled. I can feel the acidity of the Yamahai, but it is clear and has a moderate aroma. I'm not sure if it's because it's from Hamachidori or because it's a beautiful Iwate beauty.
Got it at a festival in my hometown (Aichi) ✨.
For some reason, there was a sake booth from the 3 northern Tohoku prefectures (Aomori, Akita, Iwate).
I don't know why they had a booth 😅.
I wonder why they had a booth 😅.
I didn't have enough to drink at the party,
I opened a bottle after I got home 🍶 A hard-core sake with no sex appeal 🍶.
Might go well with sashimi ✨.
It was hard the first day, but after a few days
It was hard on the first day, but after a few days, it became milder and more flavorful ✨.
Choroki-san konban-ha!
Hamachidori is a coastal sake, so it's perfect for sashimi: ❣️
I always try to drink it with fish: ☺️
Thanks for the purchase (*´I'm sure you'll love it)!
Yoshiike Cup Sake Series.
A collaboration with Hamachidori to commemorate the opening of the Sanriku Railway.
The label also states "Limited Edition.
Easy to drink, yet spicy.
It was delicious!

This is an excellent result.
Yamadanishiki, 40% polished rice
This has a gorgeous aroma with a sharpness.
It is an excellent match with food, and you can enjoy it at once.
