Hamachidori Genzui Junmai Ginjo This brewery is located in Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture. The spring water is drawn from a deep well 40 meters underground in the Genzui district of Otsuchi-cho. The spring water is drawn from a deep well 40 meters below ground in the Gensui district of Otsuchi-cho, Ginga" produced in Otsuchi-cho. Koji rice is polished to 50% and Kake rice is polished to 55%, Iwate yeast "Yuko no Koi" is used to brew this sake. Iwate yeast "Yuko no Omoi" is used to brew this sake. Purchased as a souvenir for myself on a business trip to Morioka. Since I was in Iwate, I wanted to buy Iwate sake. It was my first Hamachidori. Drank it at a corner shop of Sakamoto Shoten in front of Morioka Station, It was so good that I bought it. It has a well-balanced taste with some sweetness and acidity, It has a refreshing taste. It is not too sweet, but has a sharpness and a short aftertaste. It is a sake that does not interfere with food. It goes down smoothly like a summer sake, It was delicious. My wife gave me a summer edition of a sake cup as a Father's Day present. I was grateful for the sake cup. I made my debut on this day with gratitude.

Hankyu Department Store Tasting (2) We tasted Hamachidori, which we had never drunk before. Mr. bouken didn't drink it, but he was looking at it from a high position 🤣. Hamachidori Junmai-shu It has a moderate acidity of rice, a gentle sweetness, and a slight umami flavor. It is an orthodox Junmai sake. The person who served us was not very friendly, so we drank two other kinds of sake, but I forgot to take pictures of them, so I'll skip them 🙏. We quickly drank and moved on to our next destination. On the way, we stopped at a very stylish cafe-like liquor store that bouken had been curious about. It was not an atmosphere that an old man with a backpack could enter, but we asked him to come in and show us his drink 😁. I thought I had seen the lady at the reception desk before, and she was the one who had advertised at the previous Ogimachi Park event.
