I bought this char-grilled bonito at a department store. It's frozen bonito, but it's good. Straw-roasted bonito has a nice aroma, but charcoal-roasted bonito has a nice aroma too. And above all, the bitterness is good.
Tosa sake is the best for bonito.
Bikuyo has a gentle sweetness.

I've been mistaken for "Bijoufu" instead of "Bijoubu".
I had misunderstood all along. I'm sorry.
It tastes as clean as water. Slightly sweet with a dry aftertaste. The aroma is also moderate. Dry acidity.
I love it 100 points.
When the temperature is raised a little, it becomes mellower! I like this one better.

Delicious apple as per word of mouth with a pineapple feel as it seems to be cel24 yeast, not so much lychee but close to Delicious apple! The sharpness could be good!
