I was attracted by the cool Nishikigoi label so I bought it 😗The summer sake is chilled in the fridge and has almost no aroma 🤔When I drank it, I found a good balance between the umami of rice and a little sourness, with a slight bitterness at the end 😗. It's labeled as summer sake, but it was a good sake 😄This was a delicious sake 😊.

Today I met my wife's brother for the first time in several years and had a drink outside. We went to a nearby restaurant that boasts sake and is famous for its pork shabu-shabu and oden. We had an all-you-can-drink policy, so this was the only sake we could drink, but we had a very pleasant time. It was the first time for me to drink Bikuyo. The aroma was gorgeous, and when you put it in your mouth, you could feel a little bit of alcohol, followed by umami, and then it was smooth and dry.

Today's arrivals💡. Saturday to drink as soon as you buy it. I was patrolling the neighborhood Ricaman. Shocked by the fact that Wind Forest is being sold at over list price... CEL-24✨ that caught my eye. I knew it was my favorite sour type. The bottle and flavor are handsome, white wine-like. From the yeast-like piquancy. It smells super fruity and not too sweet. This is good... I think it is drier than Kaygetsu CEL-24 from the same Kochi Prefecture. I remember Kaygetsu was more gorgeous. But I like both!

Junmai Ginjo Autumn Sake Good balance. I like the balance of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness. It has little aroma, so it seems to go well with any dishes. I love it 120 points.

The last sake of the day was Kochi's Bikyuu, Cat Label. Autumn Sake. It is slightly dry and light, but perhaps because it is an autumn sake, it has a good mouthfeel and a fruity depth.
