Junmai Daiginjo Mai
It's been too long since I've seen Bijoubu.
I've been mistaken for "Bijoufu" instead of "Bijoubu".
I had misunderstood all along. I'm sorry.
It tastes as clean as water. Slightly sweet with a dry aftertaste. The aroma is also moderate. Dry acidity.
I love it 100 points.
When the temperature is raised a little, it becomes mellower! I like this one better.
