At the class reunion
I chose to try some sake from Shikoku 😃.
This sake is also characterized by a sourness that makes you feel it is a summer sake, but the sweetness is moderate and refreshing 🤔.
It is not light and has a strong umami flavor, so it is more of a food sake and I felt that it is a sake that shows its true value with food rather than a sake by itself 🤔.
I paired it with furofuki daikon (Japanese radish), but it went well with it and I enjoyed it a lot 😊.
On an expedition to Osaka.
Halfway through the log after drinking and talking with old friends.
Slightly citrus flavor.
Well-rounded rice flavor, soft acidity.
It goes down the throat well.
It goes well with meals.
Taste level ☆3/5
A cat and a full moon! My favorite combination.
And the taste is not melon, but pineapple. I don't like too much sweetness, but this is quite tasty. Just because it is from Kochi doesn't mean it is all dry.
The day has changed by the time I posted this, but on this day, I went to Yokogawa with my colleagues after work for dinner 🏃.
Yokogawa is, to put it bluntly, the area next to the A-bomb Dome.
The first one was "Bikyuu".
Polishing ratio 45
Alcohol content 15
100% Yamada-Nishiki
The rice flavor is full of acidity and has a clean aftertaste. It is easy to drink with little bitterness.
It is also easy to pair with food.
