I lifted the ban on the Bishou, which had been sitting in the fridge as an absolute delicacy (I hadn't decided when I was going to drink it)!
I made myself some oden, which I like to eat in the cooler months, to go with the unseasonal summer sake, and I'm all set.
How much do you love oden?
In the future, I dream of having a drink while cooking dinner in the kitchen in the evening!
And the sake tasted dry but mellow and delicious! Too good 😆.
