It's a delicious sake with a beautiful mouthfeel, mellow ginjo aroma, and a clean, crisp taste✨.
It can be enjoyed as a food sake or on its own 😄.

We are drinking summer sake at home!
The fresh aroma of melon and watermelon with a light flavor comes through the nose and makes you feel fruity, while the strong umami, alcohol and acidity finish.
The spiciness of 15 degrees alcohol is not unpleasant and refreshing, and I fully enjoyed the summer sake character.
I tried it for the first time with Kochi sake and bonito tataki. I had heard it was like pineapple, but the gusto of the rice and the bonito were fantastic 😀.
It has a sweet flavor and a unique acidity, with an original aroma that for a moment resembles glue.
The flavor quickly fades away, leaving behind a slightly bitter and pungent taste.
It is delicious, but it is neither an aperitif nor a mid-meal drink, and its unique flavor makes it difficult to use.
